Alam Nusa Bungalow Huts&Spa — Hotel in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

We stayed here last week for 2 nights.|On arrival we were checked in by a very nice and polite young lady...she was nice and helpful throughout our stay.|The hut was nice, but very hot. Our did con broke, so they fixed it and was ok then. |What is particularly annoying is when they clean the room they turn the air con off...so after getting back from a hot walk, the room is roasting...leave the air conditioning alone.||All of that aside, that place is very nice...well kept and nice an clean. It could really do with a small pool on site to cool off though.||The big problem here was at breakfast. The boy who served breakfast was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude. He took a disliking to my family for some1 reason...would not great us when we say good morning...and him and the girl chef stood behind the bar laughing at us for 2 mornings. |He is lucky that my wife and child were with me or he would have gotten a slap! ||People like this drag your business down...the boy must hate his job, as he looked bored and unhappy. The other table at breakfast also commented on how rude he was. Because of this I will not recommend the place.||Should you with to give me a good explanation, I will...

We stayed 2 night in Alam Nusa and our stayed was perfect. They welcome you with a mixed juice as a welcome drink which is great and that is already a sign of their taste and attention to detail. We would like to highlight the room itself and the great service we received specially from the 2 women. The room was very tidy, clean, beautiful and peaceful ( we stayed in the very last one ). We had aircon in our room so it was great taking into account the heat has been crazy these days. They opened your bed every night, replaced bottle waters, there is also a fridge you can use in case you buy something etc. The only issue was the shower, low pressure and cold water, not a big drama thou.|In our opinion, the location was the best one in Lembongan 2 minutes walk to Mushroom Beach ( the more quiet and nicest beach of Lembongan ). We highly recommend the hotel and we hope to be back...

The staff at Alam Nusa have stolen my heart! What a super sweet, warm and nice people work there! ||After the warm welcome we immediately received many tips about the area. You can also rent a scooter at Alam Nusa and we did it right away! This way you can explore the beautiful island of Lembongan in just a few days and don't forget the beautiful neighboring Nusa Cenningan! ||Alam Nusa is a very small-scale accommodation that consists of 4 huts that are situated in a beautiful and attractive garden and have an outdoor bathroom. The cabins are very basic and not large but for around € 25.00 per cabin per night including a full breakfast it is fine! ||The location is great too! It is only a 5 minute walk from the beach where the boats arrive from Sanur. When you walk out of Alam Nusa you will immediately find several restaurants in the same street or around the corner...
