My friend and I were looking forward to staying at villa 6 from 6/7-6/12. As we checked in on 6/7 ~4:30pm and did a full thorough walk through. We noticed multiple sanitary issues that forced us to check out a few hours after our check in. Starting with the living room, the Villa furniture and aesthetics matches what is advertised. However, what was unexpected was how dirty the place was; the living room couch had multiple dirt stains (It looks like it was never washed), and same goes for the dining room chairs. We also voiced over that the floors were dirty but property manager said it was a deficit which is not a huge deal since its floors at the end of the day. Then, moving into the bedroom, there were DRY BLOOD STAINS on the duvet cover and pillow cases. The pillow cases also had other stains displayed that's unknown. After noticing all the sanitary issues, we reached out to property manager (Komy - Ayu Putri) right away and voiced over our concerns, first thing she said was "NO REFUND" and offered to show us villa 1. We did check out villa 1, but the conditions were fairly similar but without the dry blood stains. After this, Komy left the property without saying a word and did not communicate next steps. We gave it some time in case she was going to come back and we ended up leaving the property at 7:30pm as we felt extremely uncomfortable of continuing to stay there, as all the issues were unaddressed. In all, my friend and I have travelled all around the world and this is the first time we've experienced something like this. The villa furniture and aesthetics matches what is advertised. However, if you're marketing the villas as a Luxury/Modern Villa, basic cleanliness should be expected. The Cleaning crew should not be blamed for this issue, property management should provide the necessary tools/supplies for cleaning crew to do their job.

Green Flow markets themselves as "new and LUXURY" villas but that is FAR from what it actually is. Upon entering the villa, we noticed the floors were incredibly dirty but we weren't too worried about it since it is the floor. The villa did look like the pictures however the cleanliness was the worst I have ever seen. Starting with the common area, the chairs and sofa all had VERY questionable stains. We are not picky travelers, but adequate cleanliness is expected when they market themselves as "new" and "luxury". Moving onto the bedroom, the linen were stained and even had what seemed like dry blood stains! I will let the pictures speak for themselves. While I believe the housekeepers did clean the property, I do not think they were well equipped with the supplies needed to clean these villas. Management needs to do better. They offered to move us to a different villa so we checked it out and it was JUST AS DIRTY as our original one! Management also had very POOR communication, we waited around 3 hours before we got a call from the main manager. One of them said we were the first to complain about the sanitation issues of the villa when clearly we were not (several people have complained about the same issues on Google reviews). We ended up leaving that same night to a nearby hotel. If sanitation and cleanliness is not a big deal for you, you will like this place but if you care about cleanliness, STAY AWAY.

We stayed in villa 6 for 3 nights. It's a good location and with a scooter you can get into the center of ubud easily. Parking outside the property is available. I love the layout and the view. The pool was lovely and all in all I enjoyed my stay here. I loved watching the ducks in the rice field. There are loads of gekos dragonfly's etc. I loved this. And the sounds at night are unreal. Great air con in the bedroom and my tip is lift the cupboard flap up and leave open so it's cooler. The bathroom is lovely too. Big rainfall shower and little shower. Lovely bath but it didn't give a lot of hot water and it drained slowly as I sat in it even with the plug secured. There must have been a leak. Lots of creatures are in the bathroom in the plant area too. I had a frog join me in the shower 🤣 When we checked out they let us leave our bags In their office and when awaiting our lift they let us sit in the office as it had air con. The staff were lovely and helpful. Negatives. We had ants in the bed and I got bitten on the first night but we reported this and straight away the host arranged pest control and left insect spray. All sheets changed and didn't have a problem after. The kitchen had a lot of ants but if you use the spray no issues. I recommend they leave a spray in each property for guests. The sofa covers were dirty and could do with a wash. All in all 4 stars

The room and the view were fantastic. Unfortunately we had problem with the stove at the time we had to cook before Nyepi Silence Day started the next morning.

The stove was not working by the time we checked in and there was no manual on how to operate the stove after they replaced it with the new one when we were out in the afternoon. We had problems contacting the housekeeping staff after sunset as there was only a security guard on site who was helpless and couldn't reach anyone to help us. We tried ourselves and searched the internet for help with no success. We only got help around 2 hours later when one of the staff only responded through telephone as no one could come and help us directly in the room.

We understand that it was Nyepi day but there should be a better staffing arrangement to provide emergency support/service - especially before Nyepi started yet (should keep at least a capable staff on site to take care of the guests all the time actually).

The other minus thing that we noticed is that we should asked for things that should be there in the first place (e.g., water dispenser was provided after we asked, dish washing sponge and wiping clothes, etc). The road to villa from main street should be better paved too.

Last minus point is the open living room was quite hot in the afternoon and the villa doesn't have standing fan or portable air cooler to make it better.

We paid a 5 stars price for 2 bedrooms villa and couldn't help but feeling that the service provided was below expectations.

Other than those minus points above, the pool, the ambience, the serenity was outstanding. Hope that Green Flow Villa can do better in the...
