The Cyan Sayan, Ubud - Coffee Shop & Eatery — Restaurant in Bali

We had an unforgettable experience at the Cyan Sayan. It is beautifully located in Sayan, Ubud, highly recommends you to visit the cafe.

From the moment we arrived, our eyes were blown away by the architecture, minimalist yet elegant design with a touch of local red brick. Fresh greenery is hanging-down on the side of the cafe brings a beauty statement. We were also mesmerised by the beauty of its interior design. Ohh..., it's an instagrammable venue, so you have to take a lot of pictures and share them!

The Cyan Sayan has a range of delicious pastries, food, and beverages. Their pastries, we love it so much! Their food is delicious! We love smoked chicken sandwiches and beef burgers. Their beverages are a must-try!

Love, love, love it! We will visit again whenever...

The food is unfortunately very below average. The Nasi Goreng Ayam was very disappointing, the chicken wing was just unfrozen and just looked sad, couldn't eat it.

Their french toast is made well, HOWEVER with their version of cheese it doesn't work at all. No Cheddar flavor, no mozzarella flavor.

In general the ingredients that go into the dishes are too low quality, and the chef/management doesn't understand what quality of taste means.

I would not expect this place in Ubud, it's very below the average, very much so for that price.

One of the worst cafe in Ubud. I know some of bad cafe but this cafe is 'unique'. The staff never say hello, he threw the bill to the table without any reason. When I came in there was no customer, literally nobody. I ordered one sandwich but it took more than 25 min. After I finished, I asked receipt. He came to my table and said only handwriting receipt is available, then threw it to the table. I didn't complain or tell anything, it was shock. When I went out, of course nobody said "have a nice day" or something. Coffee was horrible, no latte art, sandwich was just normal but definitely not worth to...
