HepiYuk Guest House Ubud — Hotel in Pulau Bali

this hotel was a knee jerk booking after arriving in Ubud to a place that just did not suit our needs so lucky for us, messaged Harry and we got transferred to him the next morning.

Harry was charming and very willing to help in any way possible .

The delux room was spacious, the bathroom more than adequate especially compared to some we had been to .

Convenient to have a little supermarket right opposite which stock some very basic items, but a short work, you had a few nice warungs to eat at.

You have constant running hot and cold water from a filtered water cooler in the reception area, a well stocked kitchen you could use (equipment wise) and if you needed more coffee, tea etc. you just had to ask.

Aircon was a godsend! Tv good size, but to watch anything, I.e. Netflix, apple or prime , you had to use your own log ins.

Breakfast was really nice, not a huge choice but enough not to get bored! Evening meals agin limited but we had a noodle dish and a rice bowl and it was delicious.

Other than Harry , the staff try very hard to understand us English speakers but they will resort to Google translate which can be amusing at times! You need patience to get to what you need sometimes

Only slight annoyance but that’s borne out of expectation, no one came into our room to empty bins or check towel or even make beds.. they would do it if you asked but Harry said they only come in when you leave to give you total privacy .

Overall, I would stay here again; it was a modern clean building and a good position to be, not to far from the centre(we walked and it took us about an hour) but far enough to avoid the constant noise of...

Harry & his team are simply SUPERB. Their customer service, hospitality & accommodation is world class. The cleanliness, comfortable beds & modern bathrooms are on par with any 5+ star hotel.
