We had the most amazing experience here!! We messaged them and they replied straight away happy for us to turn up for the next session. We arrived and were greeted and welcomed and got to pick out which rings we wanted to make, they had so many styles to choose from and lots of engraving options which was exactly what we wanted! We then went through all of the processes of making the ring, the two staff were so helpful and assisted with every step making sure to help out when we needed some assistance! They checked multiple times that the size of the rings were perfect and ensured that the final product was exactly what we wanted! We popped in two days ago to get my friends ring made smaller, and everyone working were so incredibly kind, and greeted us with so much happiness. After seeing how sweet everyone was, we knew we had to come back and make a ring. We went in today and got to choose out of so many designs, and went through picking which one we wanted. The lady helped us both narrow down which ones she thinks matched our other rings better, which was very helpful. The whole creating process was so fun and we were involved in every part of the process. Whilst polishing our newly made rings, they offered to polish all our other rings free of charge, which was such a kind gesture. the service is very good, there is one guy who coordinates everything and he resized my ring after i realised it was too big later in the day. very grateful for his understanding! you get a water and two potato snacks, my ring took 45 minutes. i thought it would be longer so i was surprised. the guys there are all very talented but perhaps because of the language barrier, I didn't feel i was learning much about the process and what each step meant. on the bright side you do get to really get involved and do the steps yourself.
