We booked our room from Airbnb. It’s a new building, there is washing machine and dryer in the room. It’s amazing. Location is good. There is a construction around going on but we were not in our room during the day so it didn’t bother us.

We had a situation was really frustrating. We booked here because they provide breakfast and gym. When we arrived we told them we’re vegetarian. They sent us the breakfast menu and we chose something vegetarian for the next day. The next day in the morning two chicken sandwiches were sent to our room. We told them it’s not our order and asked them to change it. After almost one hour of what happened, they said the order can’t be changed. But we didn’t order it anyway. So our morning energy and time was wasted. We left angry and hungry to have our breakfast somewhere else. DON’T EXPECT to get what you order here. They bring everyone the same breakfast in the box at 10 am. It can be whatever they want.

I explained what happened to the person who called Naemi on Airbnb. She has the worst communication ever. I think she was copying the messages. She was like a robot, not understanding and giving accurate answers at all. It was frustrating not to have a decent solution and communication with someone. She was giving different information than the front desk staff. No reason to talk to her, don’t waste your energy.

For this budget I got a cool interior with a spacious room with a tub and shower and a full kitchen. The washer and dryer along with an iron helped a lot. The sauna overlooking the rice paddy, the pool and the exercise room all came in handy. However, there is no breakfast included in the price, which is definitely above average. I had to wait an hour and a half to check in because all the rooms were occupied. At the same time, there were people waiting next to us. Hello happy investors with 100% occupancy, but at the expense of visitors who have to wait. During this time I did not run into this anywhere - everywhere when arriving at 1-1.5 hours settled at once location in the distance from the coast on the outskirts. The walls in the room already went bubbles. Construction near the noise periodically. From the pool can not go - a step on the waist - a search if you are not an athlete. In the gym, you have to plug the elliptical into the socket yourself, as the designer did not foresee this and the socket is one for several trainers. There are also problems in the bathroom: water leaks, water overflows in the shower. And it is the same with everything: from a distance it looks beautiful, but when you get closer - everything is crooked and lopsided. This is my second time here. At first I thought it was a coincidence. But after the second visit I see that it is a pattern. I would recommend looking at other hotels...

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular. First of all, the location is unbeatable—just a quick 7-minute scooter ride to the beach, making it the perfect spot to enjoy Canggu’s vibrant energy without being overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. The staff went above and beyond, helping us organize activities, massages, and even making reservations at some of the best restaurants around. We felt so well taken care of!

The room itself felt brand new and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a washer and dryer, which was a lifesaver for us. + the bed was hands down, one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, it made a world of difference!

The TV connected seamlessly to my MacBook Pro, which was perfect for the video conferences I had to squeeze in during our stay. And as someone who works out daily, I was thrilled with the gym—it’s quiet, fully equipped, and ideal for maintaining a consistent routine.

The sauna was pristine, and the pool was absolutely stunning.

The staff was incredibly friendly and punctual from start to finish, from picking us up at our previous villa to dropping us off at the airport.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the little extras like complimentary water and coffee available throughout our stay—it’s these thoughtful touches that make a place feel like home.
