SCAM!!! we had to pay 50.000 IDR per day for the scooter and had it for five days, so we had to pay 250.000, but instead they took 2.500.000! it was via credit card and i guess they just added one zero after showing us the amount on the machine. they always typed it in manually, as almost everywhere in bali. back home when we noticed i contacted them, and the experience was the same as the experience there: nobody understands anything, they send me screenshots of their account movings from a completely wrong month first, then the right month, but clearly not the right account (because for example also our payment for the room itself wasn’t shown on that one). i will contact my bank now and try to get the money back in some way. also when we were there: we say and write explicitly three times that we are vegetarian and get sausages on our breakfast, all the dispensers in the bathroom are empty and they fill up only a little bit so it’s empty again the next day and some of them they don’t even fill up at all, when we arrived they couldn’t find our booking and despite of having many free rooms they let us wait in the lobby for 1,5 hours while we were very tired, almost only children seem to work there and they don’t ever say hello back to you or anything, but according to their looks they must really really hate the guests, but the worst thing really was the combination of not understanding most of the things you say and not really caring. i was on the phone with the manager a lot of times when he was not at the hotel (but the manager is almost worse than the staff), and overall i had the feeling that i was doing the staff’s work. for example i also went up to the lobby a few times to get towels or toilet paper when they had forgotten it. we even wrote them lists for the room service what they should do (very basic stuff like new toilet paper, new bed sheets, take the empty dishes, etc.), and they still forgot several things every single time. only positive thing was meeting the actual owner on the last day who really cared, spoke good english, etc. if you read this, owner, please contact me, anom has my whatsapp. i am sure we can fix this when we talk directly, but anom has been refusing to give me your contact for weeks now. if this ever gets resolved, i will change the review or update it, adding the positive things i noticed there, but for now i really don’t...

I hope the manager reads this and uses my feedback positively.

So the hotel itself isn't awful, but there are some things that really need to be resolved. By far the most important one is the cleanliness.

First room we had and immediately we noticed the toilet seats are disgusting. Really just either change them or use some deep cleaner to get rid of all the stains. It's not acceptable!

In addition to this the pillows weren't very clean, and we had a serious ant infestation (I'm very used to traveling in SE Asia and I accept insects exist but this was really something else).

We asked to change room and the toilet seat same situation and the floor was filty too. Even after asking for this to be cleaned and we can move again, nothing was done. We actually just cut our losses and left 2 days early.

Main points: Replace your toilet seats or deep clean!!! Clean the floor thoroughly before giving a room to someone. Put down insect killer or something, we had many many many ants all over the desk and in the bathroom

Here are some other things that need to be resolved (but more minor): Descale your shower heads so that the water can actually flow. They are blocked up with dirt and limescale and basically spray water. Fix sliding doors so they open and close fully. Our first room the door had a massive 2 inch gap even when closed. Fix the curtains to the garden so they can fully close. The railings are ancient and they curtains don't slide properly. Wardrobe door almost fell on my head because it doesn't fit, so when sliding it to open it falls out of place. Fix this. Make sure all pillows are clean. Clean the outdoor garden area a bit more, it was so dusty and dirty.

Honestly with a little attention this place can go from a 1 to a 4 but as it stands I really would never...

🌻☀️Peaceful escape with a stunning view!

🪷Atmosphere: The resort was so peaceful and quiet — exactly what we needed. The view by the pool was absolutely beautiful, both during the day and at night.

🙏🏻Staff: A huge shoutout to the gentleman working during the evening shift (I wish I had asked for his name!) — he was incredibly polite, respectful, and attentive. He explained everything about our room with a warm smile. Truly a 1000000/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟service!

🦦Bedroom: Spacious, clean, and super cozy. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable — we slept like babies!

✨Bathroom: Loved the big bathtub that connects to the bedroom through a sliding door. The shower had strong water pressure, and the bathroom amenities, including the spa salts and bath soap, were such a nice touch. Everything felt luxurious and well thought out.

💐Welcome fruit & decor: Such a sweet gesture! Even though I’ve been living in Bali for a while, I still really appreciate these little thoughtful details.

✅Balcony: The view from our balcony was stunning and peaceful. There was a comfy sofa and a table — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze.

☕️Breakfast: You can choose from 3 styles, and everything was prepared with care. The taste was amazing, and the portions were bigger than most places. We were seriously impressed!

💖💖🧿We’ll definitely be coming back soon — and I’m excited to try a different room type next time!

Just a little suggestion: The sofa cushion in the bedroom had a noticeable stain, and the bathroom floor could use a more thorough cleaning.

Overall, we really loved our stay here — it was a perfect little getaway with all the...

I have to admit that it is extraordinary feeling when you wake up ,go to your terrace and find yourself in the jungle surrounded by nature. It is a bit outside of Ubud but still close and super easy to go anywhere. The staff is very nice ,helpful. Special thanks to Etik, who made our stay unforgettable. Sure one day this hotel was modern and visible good quality furniture, bath etc. was choosen. Seems time flew and no maintenance was done. Visible not enough people working in the hotel to maintain quality standards. All towels were with stain, there were holes on them, same on the bed linen. There are no mattresses on the chairs next to the pool like on the pictures. Since one person is doing everything breakfast is very slow and after 2 days we decided to go somewhere with less hassle. If more people worked and there were some renovations this hotel would be as good as looks on the old pictures. If we could we would have chosen another place especially because this is not something you expect during your honeymoon.
