Read moreOur recent dining experience at Panchamrit Ayurvedic Indian restaurant in Ubud , Bali was nothing short of exceptional. Its a newly opened Indian restaurant . The authentic Indian flavors were expertly crafted, and the generous portions ensured we left feeling completely satisfied. We started with a classic thali, a platter brimming with a variety of dishes that showcased the restaurant's culinary expertise. The aloo paratha, stuffed flatbread, was amazing. We also visited the restaurant for lunch, and were equally impressed by the kathal biryani, a flavorful rice dish made with jackfruit, and the raj rajshri daal baati churma, a traditional Rajasthani combination of lentils, bread, and sweet dumplings. To quench our thirst, we enjoyed a refreshing anjeer pista sharbat, a delightful almond and fig-based drink. Not only was the food outstanding, but the prices were also very reasonable, making this restaurant a fantastic value for money. If you're seeking a truly memorable Indian dining experience in Ubud Bali, we highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
Chef Aravind's culinary prowess was evident in every dish served in the restaurant. His expert knowledge of Indian cuisine shone through in the complex flavors and impeccable presentation of each meal. From the fragrant spices in the thali to the delicate balance of sweet and savory in the daal baati churma, Chef Aravind's passion for his craft was...
Read moreI am definitely giving panchamrit a five star .For Indian tourists like us who crave authentic tasty fresh healthy pure vegetarian food this place is a haven for us vegetarians who are deprived of veg food in another country .. Firstly the location is very central compared to other Indian restaurants I have been to .easy parking situated in a beautiful resort with lush green rice field views and the sound of the gurgling water and the birds chirping..The restaurant is straight out of a set of a Sanjay Leela Bhansali set with the sea shell curtain moving in the breeze and the ornate walls and colourful cushions .. The menu serves a wide array of traditional and fusion Indian food based on ayurvedic principles..the pricing is on par with other restaurants but the food and service is way better . I loved the ghee roast idlis and the biryanis was like dumpukth inspired .. Chef was really friendly and made us feel at home .... In my stay in ubud bali I have come here again and again to eat as whenever I feel homesick I come here to eat with my son who loves the ghee roast idli and dosa .and also the simple home style dal and aloo jeera that chef Arvind specially tailor made for him with zero spice as he can’t have any spice being a child..a mother feels happiest seeing her child eat well especially when regular home food isn’t available while travelling but thanks to panchamrit he feels...
