With a price tag of a resort, this has a lot to live up to. Staff are exceptionally attentive at this resort- we observed staff training here. It is interesting to observe, as it was like watching the early days of Pan-Am when the standard was so high. ||The resort is stunning, set amidst a lush tropical background it will be sure to impress and it did. From the balcony of our rooms we could see the rice fields near by. ||There is a shuttle offered into the township daily- drop off points differ with the drivers. The first one we experienced was right next to the palace ( ideal!!! ) the second time we ended up in a carpark some way from the palace. ||The breakfasts that are included are good. There is a wonderful selection of fruit that changes daily. The breakfasts change daily - there was one particular day where they had the most divine noodles. ||I met with friends at this resort after finding it in a brochure at my local travel agent. It sounded appealing for my first trip to Indonesia because it was advertised as a traditional Balinese village.||I did make use of the spa and found it okay. The swimming pool was fabulous with a swim-up bar. The lobby area was well utilised by us as we enjoyed sitting around chatting, as was the area near the pool. ||To note if you have mobility issues, this resort is not for you as there are a lot of stairs. Someone will help you to and from your rooms with your luggage, but every day you are going to feel like you had a work out just going to and from you room. ||If you are looking for somewhere to reset and leave the busyness of your life ... this is it. You are a long way from anywhere and maybe their yoga classes will be appealing to you. ||I feel that the resort has a bit of work to do with connecting to the local community- in as much as they could work hand in hand with a tour operator to offer a...

We had an amazing time staying here for 4 nights for our honeymoon. We booked the deluxe double room with a garden view.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, with beautiful Indonesian design details we really enjoyed. We also appreciated the bottles of still water which were refilled daily free of charge. The room was really clean, maybe only the hand towels were a bit worn down and grey, but otherwise everything was in very good condition and really clean. They checked the room twice per day, either cleaning or collecting the garbage and refilling the water.

The resort feels like it's in the jungle, so beautiful having so many trees and flowers. The breakfast has many delicious choices, and they can even prepare eggs separately for you.

The pool area is really nice, altough not too big, but more than enough for people staying there. Unfortunately, we did not have time to go to the spa, but it's available from 9 to 9 during the day.

They also organise different events at the pool area, such as barbeque night, with a traditional dance show. While we stayed there, it was organized twice, but we didn't participate. We did have dinner on the second night there, which was good but the portions are a bit small compared to the price.

The hotel offers a shuttle to the centre of Ubud which runs 4 times per day, which we used and appreciated very much.

The staff was very nice and kind, everyone from reception to the restaurant, always saying hello with a smile, and always eager to help, in particular Ana, one of the managers. I had a nice surprise as the staff noticed it was my birthday and prepared a small cake with a birthday candle and sang happy birthday to me. This was such a thoughtful and nice moment, it made my day much better.

I highly recommend...

Our stay at Sakti Garden Resort & Spa was truly one of the best experiences weโ€™ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by nature, making it a perfect getaway for anyone who loves peace, tranquility, and a deep connection with nature. The entire resort is beautifully designed, with lush greenery, traditional Balinese aesthetics, and a calm, serene atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed.

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and respectful. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very beginning. As we walked to our room, we were already mesmerized by the stunning surroundings, and when we finally entered our room, it exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy yet luxurious feel. The attention to detail in the roomโ€™s design truly enhanced our experience.

One of the best parts of our stay was waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying a delicious breakfast every morning. The variety of options was great, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Dining in such a peaceful and natural environment made it even more enjoyable.

While everything about the resort was perfect, the only downside was the expensive ride service. However, this didnโ€™t take away from our overall experience, as the beauty of the resort and the incredible hospitality made up for it. Also at the check out time they give us gift of fantastic hand fans!!

Overall, Sakti Garden Resort & Spa is a hidden gem in Bali. It offers the perfect mix of luxury, nature, and relaxation, making it an ideal retreat for anyone looking to escape the busy city life. We highly recommend this resort and canโ€™t wait to...

By far the best place I have stayed in Bali between my couple of trips. Sakti Garden resort is located in silent and serene place but not far from Ubud palace and market. Check-in and checkout process was very smooth. Stayed for 3 nights and all were very peaceful. We were given two days complimentary lunch / dinner voucher and a send off gift as well. Coming to room, very big spacious one with additional sofa. Good size wardrobe and big bathroom. Very clean and they prepared the room twice a day if needed. Room surrounded by plants and trees make it pollution free. They have kept couple of chairs to enjoy the morning to breathe fresh air. All the staffs were great. Very heart warning treatment. Special mention to Ayu Antari who recommended good vegetarian dinner and house specialty drinks on day 1, helping with vegetarian dishes during all 3 days breakfast. Amazing she was. Overall a very good experience staying with Sakti Garden. Highly recommended L

Kayobi, Dayu, Angga, and Gusti... those are just some of the names that make this resort the best place we've stayed on in Bali. It's a new resort that finished shortly after the pandemic where they're still currently building out their spa facilities. The breakfast buffet has a ton of different dietary options as well as good options to get you started for the day, it's been comparably better than the other breakfasts we've had with other hotels. The location of this is a bit far to walk from Ubud. That never stopped us from renting a scooter and enjoying everything in Ubud and the surrounding areas up the volcano. We checked into different hotels after coming here and realized that our time is better spent double committing and coming back here. They welcomed us back with open arms, remembered our names and made us feel right at home again. That's why we can only say positive things about this resort and hotel and the staff who make it so wonderful

Absolutely delightful! We spent 5 glorious days at Sakti. After the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, Ubud has been a relaxing relief. Generous rooms and all of the staff have been sweethearts. We felt very well taken care of. Shout out to Putu Adi, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome, always making an effort to chat with us and offer his recommendations. A real highlight of our trip. About a 10min drive north of the Ubud town centre, but still on a main road, so everything we wanted to see was still accessible. Sakti gave us the Bali feel we were hoping for - we felt like we were in a luxurious jungle. Would also recommend the spa - a few in our group had never had a massage before and the treatment was therapeutic, relaxing, and decently priced. Thank you, Sakti!
