Pererenan Nengah guest house — Hotel in Pulau Bali

One of my favourite places I have ever stayed in Bali!! (And I have been here 11 times, so that says something). Everything here is perfect. The location is quiet despite being close to everything in Pererenan. The rooms are impeccably clean, the air con nice and cool. The pools are beautiful and it has been such a luxury being able to cook my own meals each day. I have told multiple people that the bed here is easily the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, ever! The rooms are cleaned each day so you arrive home to a beautiful space. I have made so many amazing friends since staying here including the beautiful staff. The staff are the best part of this place, they are all so kind, so attentive, so friendly, they go over and above to meet your every need. I was only supposed to stay here 2 weeks and I extended to stay for 2 months because that’s how great this guesthouse is. Cannot recommend enough. And I am absolutely not getting paid for this review haha, just want to convey my deep gratitude for this stay and how well I have been looked after. Lots of people I’ve met here have also extended their stay and exclaimed how fantastic this guest house is. I wouldn’t change a single thing or ask for a single thing more. The showers are hot, plenty of storage and so nice and safe. Thank you so much to my new friends for looking after me so well. I will 150% recommend to everyone...

I only stayed at Nengah’s a few days but I felt the appeal and magic of this home away from home! Nengah the owner is lovely and very friendly, making an effort to meet the guests.

The rooms vary a little and given some guests are long term working remotely etc, I learnt that there are some preferences with regard to the room aspect but accommodation is made to guests where possible. I was told upon checking in that I could move if need be.

The property is kept very clean with cleaners daily, and there are fridges in the small communal kitchen for basic cooking.

Scooter rental is available and the location is great just outside of the business of Canggu. There’s a Pilates studio and multiple cafes within a close walk, otherwise Grabs into Canggu are very economical.

I liked that there was also a bit of a community feel given some guests stay for extended periods - I particularly liked this about the property.

This is the best accommodation in Canggu, hands down! We booked for 5 days and we ended up staying 3 weeks! The wifi was great, and the bench is perfect to work from. We loved the pool, which is never busy, especially in the morning. The room gets cleaned every day. Nice hot shower with great pressure. The owner and his family are fantastic, and they really make you feel at home. The staff is amazing, everyone had a smile on their face all day long. But the best thing is the position. Very close to some nice cafès and restaurants and a 10 min walk to the quietest beach in the area. The room is very quiet as well. If you walk 1 km south, you will get treated like a walking wallet, but not here. Here you will feel part of the community.
