Pay Attention When They Weigh Your Food

The employees who weighed my boxes did it in a rush, quickly moving from one box to the next. They pressed the scale button before the weight had fully reset or dropped the boxes from a height and immediately hit the weighing button. As a result, while the display initially showed 470 grams, after a few seconds, once it stabilized, the actual weight on the receipt was 520 grams—all due to split-second timing, affecting the final price accordingly.

This is a well-known trick that has happened on multiple occasions. When I insisted on a re-weigh, making sure they placed the boxes properly and waited two seconds for the scale to reset before recording the weight, the final price was 23 shekels less than the initial weighing (for my entire order, which included multiple boxes).

Choices galore for either a sit down lunch or dinner, with seating both inside or outside. This home cooking restaurant and take out eatery is not about ambiance. It's about many choices, for vegetarians and meat eaters, serving large portions of delicious food, at very fair prices.
