Neo Hotel Tre Monti — Hotel in Alzachèna/Arzachena

Tre Monti is a small hotel near Baja Sardinia. Very friendly people, good service, very clean, modest but tasty breakfast with an excellent Italian coffee(any type you want how much you want every time made fresh by Simona), calm, very well maintained territory with private parking. ||There is no pool at the hotel but you do not need it so much when it is such a lovely beach nearby.||The beach is tidy and clean, 3 minutes walk down from the hotel, the water is clean and warm, not very crowded in June. ||The price of the sun beds is 15 euro per day for 2 persons if you stay at the hotel which is not bad, usually it is 30 euros. The beach is sandy and the sand is so good that you do not need the beds so much. There is a shower, a changing room and a small bar at the beach where you can get a coffee and an ice cream.||The room is basic but with a nice terrace, comfy bed and good tv, mostly Italian and German channels but in the end of our week they have got some English channels too. ||The bathroom is very clean, spacious enough with small bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion and soap. They changed the towels every day, fresh white towels and they change the bed linen every second day. There is a small fridge with some drinks also.||Right near the hotel across the road is a small DeSpar market where you can get fruit and water.||It is only 10min walk to Baja Sardinia where there are plenty of the good restaurants. Quite pricey but you can choose in between pizzeria and the restaurant. We tried a lot of them and the best was Algero right on the beach. Usual bill is about 60-80 euro for 2 with wine. In the evening they have live music, you can also just sit at the bar with a drink because most of the big hotels provide half board.||The beach in Baja is nice but very crowded already in June, all the people from these hotels go there. So our small beach near Tre Monti was much better.||We took the car and drove along Costa Smeralda, the roads are good and well posted, Porto Cervo seemed nice but there is no beach, the marina only and the expensive stores, the area of Romazzino, Cala di Volpe is lovely but too remote, you stay at the hotel only if you are there. Baja Sardinia was quite lively and in the same time you can stay a bit away from it and to be at the calm place, just come for a night life in the evening.||Overall it was a nice trip, highly recomend Tre Monti for couples for a...

Das Hotel Tre Monti besteht aus einer wünderschönen gepflegten Anlage von mehreren Häuschen mit insgesamt 21 Zimmern. Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Woche gebucht um von Baia Sardinia aus mehrere Traumstrände in der Umgebung anzufahren bzw. Ausglüge zu machen. Hierzu ist das Hotel perfekt geeignet.||Ich würde empfehlen lieber die Strände in der Umgebung als den Hoteleigenen Strand zu besuchen. ||||Anbei unsere positiven sowie negativen Anmerkungen zu dem Hotel/Zimmer:||||- kein WLAN im Zimmer sonder nur an der Bar/Rrezeption im Hotel||- Aussicht aus aus dem Zimmer Nr. 128 (großer Stein war direkt vor der Terrasse, sodass dieser die Sicht auf das Meer verhinderte, man fühlte sich auf der großen Terrasse etwas eingeengt.)||- Dusche: Die Hand-/Kopfbrause wurde zu groß ausgewählt, sodass diese nicht von alleine ander Duschstange hängen blieb. Musste beim Duschen immer gehalten werden.||- Regal im Bad war defekt, es konnte darauf nichts abgelegt werden sonst wären die Gegenstände heruntergefallen.||- Zimmer: Das Zimmer war ein Vierbettzimmer wodurch es für zwei Personen sehr groß gewirkt hat. Die Einrichtung war etwas spärlich, sodurch hatte man kein so großen Wohlfühlfaktor im Zimmer hatte. Sollte für einen Erholurlaub aber gegeben sein. Ich wollte kein gesamter Tag (Bei Regen im Hotelzimmer verbringen)||- Die Liegen am Hoteleigenen Strand müssen bezahlt werden! 15 €/pro Person und pro Tag -- hier lohnt es sich an Strände in der Umgebung zu fahren||- Hotelhund der frei herum läuft. Wer Angst vor Hunden hat, sollte dies gleich an der rezeption melden.||- kein direkter Strand vorhanden.||- Das Zimmer (Nr.128) lag außen direkt an der Müllstation. The Tre Monti is a small BB style hotel set in one of the most beautiful locations. Compared to some of the hotels in the area it is very modest but for us it was perfect. Good price for this part of Sardinia, clean rooms all with balconies or garden area, (which is well maintained)friendly and helpful service and a perfect small sandy beach just a 3 minute walk down the hill. If you want grand oppulance this will not be for you but for two modest travellers from London it had everything we needeed and more. A big thanks to everyone there for a very nice stay.
