updating the review to 1 star due to the lack of politeness of the social media manager

The place is lovely and the food is generally quite tasty but we left disappointed as one of the pizzas we had was half cooked and had raw dough unfortunately. We only discovered it once the first half of the pizza was eaten and while we were offered to have the pizza redone, there was no point in that as half of the pizza was already eaten and it would have taken another while to get a new pizza… we were not offered a discount or anything in the end either.

I had the opportunity to dine at Blu Cobalto during my visit to Sardinia, and it was a spectacular experience. I tried the Napoli pizza and the Pescatora pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. The pizzas were authentic Neapolitan, with perfect dough and truly outstanding flavors.

The service was top-notch. All the staff were very attentive and friendly, ensuring our meal was perfect. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

Evening meal for two enjoyed here in July 2022. A modest, somewhat small but pleasant setting with a lovely view of the nearby church. Mid-range eatery with an emphasis on their pizza oven. Good atmosphere in the evening, can get busy very quickly. Hard working staff, somewhat friendly but too busy to care about you, prompt when ordering food but agonising slow when trying to get bill and pay.
