Foodie Pizzeria-Ristorante — Restaurant in Alzachèna/Arzachena

Called in for a pizza one lunch time. Attended to very quickly by the lovely waitress. Ordered a margarita pizza and watched it being cooked in the Woodfired pizza oven, a couple of minutes later it was on the table ready to eat! Quite big pizza so could have been shared between 2 if needed. Reasonable prices as well, pizza was 8.50€ and hubby's pasta was 10€. Small 33cl beer was 3.50€ and the 66cl size was 5€. Would have paid a lot more in the complex nearby. Opens for lunch then closes at 3pm and reopens in the evening at 7.30pm. We needed something to eat prior to going to the opening night of Phi beach club up the road and this restaurant was the one that closed the latest, a lot of restaurants close at 2.30pm then don't reopen until 8pm. Aufenthalt Mitte September 2024 / Paar

An unserem Ankunftstag waren für's einchecking im Hotel zu früh. Somit beschlossen wir in diesem Restaurant etwas kleines zu Bestellen.

Das dies unser lieblings Lokal wird wussten wir in diesem Moment noch nicht.

Die Bestellungsaufnahme erfolgte schnell. Keine lange Wartezeit und warm serviert. Die Service Angestellten sind freundlich, aufmerksam geschult und kompetent. Alle Angestellten haben ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild.

Wir bestellten zum Anstossen je ein Aperol Spritz dazu die Monaco DOC Pizza zum teilen. Der Cocktail war gut gemischt. Der Pizzateig ist am Rand hoch und fluffig, innen dünn. Der Sugo ist sehr gekonnt abgerundet nicht zu salzig.

Da uns das Restaurant überzeugte bestellten wir zwei mal für ein Snack zwischendurch eine Pizza über die Gasse. Beide Pizzen (Margherita und Diavola)  -Am Letzten Tag probierte ich noch die Quattro Stagioni- waren schmackhaft wie beim ersten mal. Die Salami hat uns aufgrund der grossen Stücke nicht überzogen. Bleibt jedoch Geschmacksache.

An einem Abend wollten wir nicht mehr weit gehen. Da unser Hotel Vis-a-Vis war, entschieden wir vor Ort ein anderes Gericht zu Bestellen. Die Auswahl traf auf Tagliatelle Bolognese und Tagliatelle nach Chef's Art. Die Teigwaren waren Aldente, die beide Saucen waren gut gewürzt Shrimps ebenfalls auf den Punkt gebracht.

Zum Dessert ein Tortino für uns beide. Der Cake wird warm serviert. Die gefüllte Schockolade läuft raus. Eine Kalorienbombe aber lecker!

Alle Gerichte werden mit frischen Zutaten und zeitnahe zubereitet.

Tische, Stühle und Besteck waren sauber Preisleistung angemessen für diese Gegend.

Zum Schluss speziell ein Danke an Cynthia und Ivan. Die Bedienung war sehr Wertschätzend und höflich. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Awful place! Ignored while we waited, but spoke to others waiting behind us and seated them before us as we didnt speak Italian. We waited 45 minutes for our starter. I had to ask a waiter for our main course. He told us 5 minutes, but I had to ask the manager after a further 15 minutes. Main Course was the chef special and wasn't anything special after a 2 hour wait. They apologised and provided a dessert of fried dough, sugar and chocolate sauce with one fork.
