Case Brizi Assisi — Hotel in Assisi

My wife and I came to Assisi and we booked three nights here, an hand on heart have to say we are overawed by the gentle hospitality shown to us by Roberto & Rita. |To begin with the suite we were in was perfect can match any five star Accomodation. Very wel aircdontioned, very comfortable bed. WiFi was superb so much so that I could easily work from here. |The place was advertised with a pool a few kilometers away, and we were driven there by this gentleman owner named Roberto. His patience and hospitality was incredible. This pool is on the top of a mountain 700 metres high and location is Paradiso. And the name is true to the place. All one can see is trees and Greenery, perfect fresh air and all one can hear is birds singing and bees buzzing. We simply didn’t want to leave the place. We came Saturday and asked to come Sunday. Thai gentle giant naked Roberto invited us for lunch at no cost and he cooked bbq himself. He insisted this lunch was on him. |Being a restaurant owners and small hotel owners ourselves, this tangible hospitality is something which is practically non existent in todays world. |I CANNOT RECOMMEND this place enough. WE WILL BE BACK...

We arrived in Assisi on a very hot day and at Case Brizi we were greated by Roberto. He is adorable. He speaks mostly Italian, but he'll find a way to make himself understand you. At check in we got some delicious cold water and fresh fruit. After that he showed us our room, which was great.

The bed was very comfortable and huge. The room is beautifully decorated. The bathroom was cosy, but had all the necessities you might need. All is very clean.

In the morning, at breakfast, we met Rita, Roberto's wife. She is very nice. If you leave breakfast hungy, it's you're own fault. Rita will do anything as well to make you feel welcome and makes sure you have enough of everything. Rita speaks English and also, at least, French.

Case Brizi is in the middle of Assisi, so everything is nearby. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Roberto and Rita can give you some tips as well.

I had a great 4 night stay at Case Brizi . Rita & Roberto were were very nice and helpful. Rita has been in the hospitality business for many years and it shows in all the little details. The rooms have lovely amenities from slippers, to a Nespresso machine & water kettle to nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. Rooms have a TV, a mini fridge and plenty of character with exposed stone walls. Breakfast was good with lots of delicious, home baked pastries and cappuccinos. I really liked the location. It is a short uphill walk to the main piazza and a 10 minute walk to the Basilica of St Francis . Many restaurants close by including a good one right next door. Rita even walked me to the hair salon and explained that I wanted an "Italian " haircut ! All in all a great stay and I can't...
