It was literally the worse experience ever… the guy who works there was so rude and violent. He was screaming at me and my teenage daughters that he decides there about the rules and I can’t try this shoe… so I ask which one I can try? And he was keep yelling at us that he make rules… I don’t get why he needed to repeat that so many times. Maybe it’s the only few meters that he thinks he is important but that’s not a way to treat the customers who came to buy shoes. I like few pairs and I was thinking about buy them online with delivery directly to my villa so I don’t need to carry it but for sure I will never buy anything from them and all the customers of my hotel will get the info to never go to this store until they change this worker. Later I talked with many of my friends who have business on this street and they all told me that this guy thinks his the boss of everything. As they say: big ego...

Bellissima esperienza la mia ho acquistato un paio di scarpe on-line la settimana scorsa, inizialmente ero molto titubante, a causa delle molteplici truffe che purtroppo sono all'ordine del giorno, invece , niente di tutto ciò, un punto vendita che si contraddistingue per la cordialità, gentilezza e professionalità da parte delle persone che ci lavorano , Puckie in primis e Luca successivamente si sono messi subito a mia disposizione rispondendo continuamente alle domande che gli ponevo,hanno trovato quello che cercavo e nel giro di 4 giorni mi è stato recapitato il pacco da me ordinato. Cosa dire di più, il negozio Sgargetta Calzature un nome una garanzia, ed io continuerò ad acquistare da loro . Grazie...

Negozio con ampia scelta di calzature, tutte di grande qualità. Piacevolissima esperienza di acquisto, favorita dalla cortesia e signorita del simpaticissimo proprietario. Appena acquistati i sandali, li ho immediatamente calzati e, camminando felicemente per Assisi, non mi sono accorta di aver perso una pietra di uno dei sandali. Contattato il signor Sgargetta, immediatamente, con rara gentilezza e disponibilità, si è attivato per risolvere il mio piccolo inconveniente, al punto da farmi recapitare a casa, non una, ma più pietre per i miei sandali. Non lo ringrazierò mai abbastanza per la squisita delicatezza e tempestività....
