B&B Dea — Hotel in Cefalù

This B&B is in a great location in Cefalu. It is a couple of minutes walk from the beach, a five minute walk from the old town, within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops, and you can walk to all the main sights in Cefalù. The train station is also an easy walk of 10 minutes.||||The property is on the fringe of the old town but it is just outside the area in which cars are restricted so you can drive to the property. There is a large area for parking cars but it is for several properties so you should notify the owners in advance if you want to use the car park. There are also public car parks within walking distance.||||The accommodation was very good and very clean. We had a big bedroom which had a sofa and was very comfortable. The owners were very pleasant and very helpful.||||The property is in a small apartment block which may put some people off, but there are only three floors and there was no noise at all so it was not an issue for us.||||Cefalu is a great place to stay if you are visiting Sicily and this is a great little B&B. Séjour au B&B Dea à Cefalu||||LA SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE||----------||B&B est assez bien situé, à 100m de la plage et proche du centre ville de Cefalu, ainsi que de la Rocca. L'ensemble est visitable à pied depuis l'hôtel.||||L'HOTEL ET L'ACCUEIL||----------||Le B&B Dea est assez facile à trouver mais en venant en voiture, l'entrée est fermé par une barrière. Il faut aller sonner ou téléphoner aux propriétaires afin qu'ils descendent ouvrir. Par contre ce jour là nous avons dû sonner et appeler de nombreuses fois sans réponse. C'était seulement au bout d'un gros quart d'heure qu'on a été accueilli. Les propriétaires étaient bel et bien présents mais n'ont pas entendu. L'accueil, la visite des lieux et les explications étaient un peu trop rapides. Parlent français.||||LA CHAMBRE||----------||Chambre occupée : Persefone. La chambre est bien décoré avec assez de place pour les bagages. La literie est bonne et on dispose d'un bureau et d'un placard. La salle de bain est avec douche, bidet et WC. L'ensemble est très propre. Un problème est présent : l'isolation qui est mauvaise, on peut entendre les voisins, dommage car le quartier est très calme la nuit.||||LA RESTAURATION||----------||Un service de petit déjeuner est inclus dans le prix et se prend dans une salle type salle de petit déjeuner d'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais quasiment que industriel, on peut attendre d'un B&B d'avoir quelques spécialités maison. Mais c'est bien garni avec des viennoiseries, du sucré, du salé, biscuiteries, toutes boissons chaudes et jus.||||LE PRIX ET LES SERVICES||----------||Comptez 60 euros en moyenne saison, jusqu'à 110 euros en haute saison. Attention, obligation de prendre 3 nuits minimum en été ! Le prix en moyenne saison est correct. Le wifi est gratuit et fonctionne très bien. Le parking est également gratuit mais peu de place disponible.||||EN RÉSUMÉ||----------||Un B&B bien situé pour profiter de la plage ou visiter la ville à pied. Un bon B&B avec des chambres joliment décorés, spacieuses et propres. Mais plusieurs points peuvent être améliorés comme l'accueil et le petit déjeuner, certes bien garni, mais qui fait vraiment trop petit...

Great location to everything. Walk from Cefalu station under 5 minutes. Supermarket 1 minute walk and the beach is at your door step. This place is super clean and a full size fridge and kitchen. Gelato in the shop below and you can easily walk to everything you need. You can actually see the restaurants and beach from your balcony. Air conditioning and even a pedestal fan if need.|The beach is so clean. No seaweed, rocks litter and large free space area that you are not all on top of each other. Even though the water was a little chilly the days we were there it was still nice to wade and look back on the beautiful town.|Have circled in photo just how close apartment...
