Abelia Sea Suites — Hotel in Cefalù

We spent 2 nights here last week & had a superb experience. We chose the superior suite with the hot tub on the terrace & it was worth every penny. The terrace was spacious with 2 loungers next to the hot tub with views over the beach & busy street (good for people watching). ||Check in was so welcoming from Chelsea, the room was spacious & high quality, the shower was superb & a nice gift of wine was there for us to drink. Breakfast on the terrace was nice & there was plenty of choice. The only recommendation I would offer is that some of the savoury items could have been served warm. ||We ate dinner at the family restaurant downstairs - Al Gabbiano where we were given 15% discount on showing our room key. The food & service there was very good.||Would stay here again in a heart beat. What a great place to stay in the thick...

We came to Cefalu in the off season, but during Carnevale, with the town full of costumed children, and had a great stay at the Abelia Sea Suites. The location is perfect, just across the street from Cefalu's famous beach, and only a few minutes' walk to the old town and its restaurants and other sites. The owner was kind and helpful with restaurant recommendations, and the housekeeper was very sweet and met us on arrival to help us get situated. The rooms are clean and nice, with modern, quiet, double-pane windows, and even have a small balcony where you can step out with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over Cefalu beach and the promenade full of people walking past. Location is incredible, right across from the beach and such a short walk to everything the old town has to offer.

The hotel is modern, beautiful and is equipped with an elevator.

The room itself exceeded our expectations, it was very well designed, super spacious, beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower. It was one of the best hotel rooms we have ever had in Italy. We had the room with the hot tub and terrace which was so worth the cost. The view was amazing and the hot tub was such a relaxing activity at the end of the day.
