Miramonti Park Hotel — Hotel in Comunità montana Alta Valtellina

Sorry I took bit of time to write a review since my stay in September but I couldn’t leave Miramonti Park Hotel without a review.

To start since I started liaising with Roman to book the hotel for my party I always had a prompt reply and the hotel rate was excellent for what its offer.

The check-in process was very quick and straight forward. Room was very, cosy and clean.

Regarding the hotel installations you can’t get better, it has a complete spa with steam room, sauna, jacuzzi , swimming pool, massage, ice fountain and much more.

Another highlight of the hotel is its breakfast which is superb! Continental and hot buffet with lots of cakes, biscuits, juices, fresh fruits, salamis, hams, breads, cheeses, omelettes...

Regardless if you are on cycling or skiing holidays the hotel is located steps away from town centre where you can find many good restaurants, bars and shops. Also close to the start point of the main cycling routes and easy access to cable car.

On Saturday the hotel hosted its first party at the hotel (I was told the owners of the hotel wanted to try something new) and guests were invited for a complimentary bottomless prosecco , great food  (Italians knows all about food) and DJ. (If you’re not a party person don’t worry it wasn’t a late party it finished before 12am and not sure if it will happen again too).

Regrettably, I don’t have any pictures to post as I lost my mobile on the transfer.

I don’t have enough words to thank you all the staff during my party stay, we were 14 people on cycling holiday and we had an excellent time and consistent 5 star service. The hotel staff were greeting by name making me feel special, the hotel has a mascot, a very friendly border collie Sally was always playing with her pine cone. 

How can such a lovely, magic and caring place be described in a good enough way? It was my first time in Bormio and right from the arrival the most friendly, caring and thoughtful welcome was expecting me. Even before arrival, a small welcoming word with the request for preferences one may have regarding their room is sent so as to try to perfectly match the expectations, which is far from being a commun practice. Everywhere you go in the hotel : the Reception, take a drink in the bar, during breakfast, or going to a wonderful spa available in the hotel, everywhere you will be treated with the utmost, sincere care. Perfect hotel situation allows you to easily join the city center on foot, umbrellas are even made available on a rainy day :) The hotel is situated in a very charming environment, flowers, trees and magnificent landscapes will bring you serenity, peace and pure happiness. In the evening, you can enjoy a small aperitivo on the hotel's so cosy terrasse. Do not hesitate to take a lazy day and go enjoy the Spa, that is very well equipped and where you will as well find everything you need to relax. Lastly, the property is exceptional and everything is put in place and thought over to make you feel in perfect security, which is especially important in current context. I not only strongly recommend such a lovely and welcoming place but will myself be back for longer holidays next time. Again, so many sincerest thanks to all of the loveliest people (particularly to Francesca and Roman in the Reception, helping me out with each and every request) that made my stay such a wonderful and heartwarming experience.
