We absolutely adored our stay here! It felt like a fairy tale since the moment we arrived. This little wooden chalet surrounded by the woods and mountains.. the view from our room arriving late at light with the moonlight shining over the white mountains was just astonishing. Everyone from the staff was so lovely and attentive.. pur 2 year old little girls adored everything and everyone. Paola is such a wonderful host with a beautiful and kind energy, really enlightened our stay. Nicola and everyone else kind and always helpful. Giovanni was adorable with his kind advices and impeccable breakfast. Food was an experience beyond expectations from breakfast to dinner. The homemade breads and cake at breakfast, The eggs as you liked them and the fresh juices such a treat! Dinner was seriously remarkable with the blend of Sardinian tradition and knowledge. The homemade pastas by Rosanna (paola’s mother) from Sardinia not only delicious but beautiful in its shape and really unique. We followed Paola’s advices and everything was perfect! It was my birthday and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better gift as to spend it here with...
Read moreWe had a very nice room at the front of the hotel overlooking mountains and forests. Simple, but very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Our hosts, Nicola and Paola, were very charming and accommodating and provided us with good ski advice.||I have reviewed the restaurant separately on TripAdvisor but it warrants a mention again because it really adds to the hotel. Paola's mother is the cook and the food is FABULOUS. Specials every night ensure that you do not get bored, fresh pasta to dream about, and a good wine list from which we simply asked Nicola to choose. ||Overall a very pleasant experience and one we look forward to repeating.||One criticism: sound insulation...

It’s tucked away on a hill but the hourly free shuttle can take you there. Unfortunately the bus could only take us part way due to road construction. The service was excellent. 8 euro to wash 5kg of clothes, washer definitely not up to American standards in cleaning our clothes but it was cheaper than the lavanderia. If you want to shower we do not recommend room 106 which has a strange shower curtain rod placed at a 45 degree angle due to the sloped ceiling. The shower curtain unfortunately is not cut accordingly which means you will be standing on the shower curtain while showering. We loved the warm service...
