Settled down in a small square at the edge of old town, this cosy bar is perfect to test the waters on Grado social life. Being a meeting point where either tourists and local people gather together to take some wines at any time, it offers a great overview about what this town/region is able to provide. Its outside space, a welcoming terrace with very comfortable chairs and tables in shade, is probably bigger than its premises. It does not matter where you find a free place first (it is normally crowded), as we tried both and must claim that everywhere is really rewarding. A great collection of this region wines is offered, although we strongly suggest everyone to ask the owners for advice, as their wide knowledge about the topic guarantee that your needs/interests will be blissfully satisfied. We tried several white wines and also some red wines, and they all met our expectations with a wonderful value for money. An italian aperitivo is also served and I must recommend everyone to try the meat polpette, which were glorious. We only had the chance to enjoy there a couple of hours, but If I could drop regularly by there, well it is something I would definitely love to do.
