Santa Lucia: trattoria & enoteca — Restaurant in Grado

Siamo andari a mangire per il pranzo, due adulti ed un bambino di due anni. Ci hanno portato la segguolina per il bimbo bastante sporca, per questo lo abbiamo messo a sedere sula sedia normale. Le pizze che abbiam mangiatto ero normalissime, ninte si specciale. Le patatine fritte secche, non si potevano manggiare. Quando quasi abbiam finito di manggiare la bimba si alza dal tavolo, e subito viene il cameriere per portar via i piatti, tutto con ecessiva fretta. Pero il colo era con il scontrino. Viaggiamo bastante, e sappiamo che il italia esiste il coperto. Pero che decide il restaurante se lo abbona al scontrini o no. In questa trattoria non solo che paghi il coperto, lo paghi anche per un bambino di 2 anni che mangiava con la sua forchetta e il cibo che portato da casa. Non avevano nessun lavoro extra con il "cliente bebé". Vedo assurdo che mettano il coperto per i bambini, anche se fosse 10centesimi. Mettete 2€ in piu a la pizza e il cliente sarra piu contento. Il proprio cameriero non sapeva neppure come spiegare cos'é il coperto, perche é assurdo. Ci sono tanti posti a Grado e nei dintorni, dove si manggia meglio e il tratto con i clienti e molto meglio.

We went to eat for lunch, two adults and a two year old child. They brought us the little chaira but It was dirty, so we sat her in the normal chair. The pizzas we ate were very normal, nothing special. The dried fries, you couldn't handle them. When we are almost finished the child gets up from the table, and the waiter immediately comes to take away the dishes, all with excessive haste. But the TOP was with the receipt. We travel enough, and we know that Italy exists cover charge. The restaurant decides whether they subscribes to the receipts or not. In this restaurant you not only pay the cover charge, you also pay it for a 2 year old child who ate with his fork and the food we brought from home. They didn't have any extra work with the "baby customer". I see absurd that they put a blanket for the children, even if it were 0,10€. Put 2€ more on the pizza and the customer will be happier. Your waiter did not even know how to explain what a cover charge is, because it is absurd. There are many places in Grado and its surroundings, where the handling is better and the deal with customers is...

Hier regiert typisch italienische und arrogante Capo-Mentalität. Die Wünsche der Gäste sind nicht wichtig, wichtig ist das schnelle Geld des Wirtes nebenbei. Man wird gezwungen unbedingt Mineralwasser zu trinken, oder ein "mikrofiltiertes" Leitungswasser und ähnlichen Schwachsinn. Dabei geht es nicht ums Geld, sondern um die Respektlosigkeit des Wirtes dem Gast gegenüber. Essen, Wein? Wem interessiert das schon in einem solchen Lokal mit ungastlicher Bedienung... da schmeckt einfach nichts! 5 MINUS

Guten Tag, Ich bin keine Madam, sondern ein Dottore Medico. Müssen tu ich gar nichts, so oberlehrerhaft können sie nur mit ihren eigenen Kindern umspringen, aber nicht mit ihren Gästen. Das ist ein absolutes NO GO!! Sie haben einfach kein Benehmen, ausserdem lügen sie! Wir haben am Tisch Platz genommen um ein Essen zu bestellen. Ausser uns war nur ein zweiter Tisch besetzt. Vor unsere Bestellung haben sie nach den Getränken gefragt. Unsere Bestellung, einen mezzo litro vino bianco und ein aqua di rubinetto haben sie nicht akzeptiert und nicht entgegengenommen. Daraufhin haben wir die Speisekarten weggelegt, sind aufgestanden und haben ihr Lokal verlassen. Qualitätsrestaurants, wie All' Androna, Vittoria, La Dinette, Da Ovidio, Barbi, Al Fiume Stella und andere mehr haben mit diesen Bestellungen keine Probleme. Dort wird uns sogar zu jedem Gang ein passendes Getränk vorgeschlagen und gebracht. Wenn sie das Bestellen und Servieren von aqua di rubinetto als Sklaverei bezeichnen, haben sie eindeutig ihren Beruf verfehlt.

If I could I would give this restaurant no stars. My wife from Austria and myself from Ireland got the distinct feeling that as foreigners we were not welcome ☹️ We waited 20 minutes and still no service. Other customers who were obviously regulars were seated and given refreshments. We waited for another 5 minutes and no one approached our table ☹️ Sad really as it was recommended by our hotel and it was 😟 our last night in Grado. We made our feelings known and left. This is no way of dealing with paying...
