I only spent one night and less than twelve hours in total at this property as I just needed somewhere to stay relatively close to the Milano Porta Garibaldi station for an onward journey. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the station and as the trams/buses take about the same length of time, it's relatively convenient for the trains. ||||It's an older property without many mod cons. My room was tiny and definitely a single, with a single bed and no room to move. There was a battered old desk and chair, but nothing else. Linens were clean and fresh, but the bed cover was ancient. The room was relatively warm, but there was nowhere to control the heating.||||The bathroom was also small, but the shower was at least designed for a single adult. There was a low grade shampoo and soap provided and a dusty old hairdryer. The towels were a bit shabby, but clean.||||There was WIFI but there are so many connection points available, it took time to work out which one was giving the most reliable signal.||||I had breakfast, which was certainly plentiful. Pastries, breads, yogurt, cheeses, meats, eggs, coffee, tea, juice, fruit, cereal. Everything you'd expect.||||I just wasn't here long enough to form a more positive (or negative) experience. It was a place to crash in between long train journeys and was fine for that. I don't think I'd have chosen the location had I been intending to...
Read moreWe were in a hurry to pick a hotel to stay at for 5 nights and this was the choice we made.||The room had everything necessary, but felt empty and there were broken or worn down elements. Like the curtains, which were in the way when we needed to open the window and therefore had already holes in them when we got the room. ||Also, when I wanted to drink tap water, I was surprised to see, that there was no cold water. Only really hot (too hot to wash your hands even) water came from the tap. When we called to the reception, they said “oh, no worries, you just have to let it run for 5-6 minutes”. I do not even leave my water running when I brush my teeth or shampoo my hair. And they have thousands of visitors there who have to leave the water running for 5-6 minutes every time they want to have colder than extremely hot water. Not good for the environment.||What I liked about the hotel was their staff. Both the receptionists and the cleaning personell were polite and friendly. ||There was also a beautiful view from the window (on the picture).||But I would not book this...

The room was "alright". A bit too small for the price, I may say...
Based on?
... Last day we stayed in a hotel near the airport, the price was cheaper and came with some coffees, tee's and some snacks with it... Just saying.
The beds are like sleeping on the floor, fam. I have to be honest. It's just my opinion anyway. The pillows where worse. They are just not comfy. It gotta be, people. They must be. That's what we are paying for... Comfort. If we go like that, then maybe the "price mindset" may changes...
Comfort.
The receptionist was a kind person. He did a good job.
I wish you all take my comments as, of course, just "a points of views". It's only how I experienced.
It's a good hotel... There are just some things that should be fixed. (like the windows in the 3rd floor...it's too loud in that area and if the windows aren't good, well... It gets kind of hard to sleep.)
I hope that you progress in that... Because, I as said, you are a good hotel. ✅ It's all about progress, not perfection., 🙏
... And I also wish you all the...
