When we got to the hotel we were welcomed by someone in sweatpants and a baggy T-shirt. Check-in is in a room that is not very pleasant you don’t feel welcome. When booking the room it said the rooms were sound proof which is completely false advertisement, you can hear everything everyone is doing. The room itself was very dark, the air con is up and running but it doesn’t feel like it at all. In our booking it said we would have a balcony which we did not. The bed was terrible it felt like it was extremely old and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was semi clean, the towels were really old and had wholes in them. The shower was extremely calcified, meaning the water does not come through as it should and did not close properly. The room was advertised to have a mini bar, which is a fridge that doesn’t really work. The flatscreen in the room is very outdated. The breakfast was always the exact same and overall not tasty. The staff was very unfriendly and didn’t speak English or only very poorly even though the hotel is advertised as international friendly. Parking is also not guaranteed you have to come before 18:00 to get a spot…||Overall not a great experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel I think for the money you can get something better where the people are at...

Recently while on a school trip of 92 we stayed at the Hotel Villa Rita. Please choose wisely when I tell you not to book a room here. Let me begin.... the service from the time we unloaded for our 2 night stay was HORRIBLE! At every turn of the hat was a misadventure from no air and having to fuss or move rooms, air conditioning apparently is not turned on but for a few hours during the evening, dirty or no towels at all, the lovely bathroom closet arrangement and shower from a syfy film, the adults and adult sized kids older ones my I say had to sleep on miniature bunk beds in a room the size of a walk in closet, and the ultimate feast from a preplanned group dinner, not it was terrible YUCK!!!! Breakfast was no better full of bread, bread and wait more bread... they had a set up for other guest with muffins , eggs, and fruit but we were told it was not for us and we could not eat it. Keep in mind we have kids and adults that don’t eat bread and need access to other foods. All in all this was a terrible experience and I do not recommend booking this hotel!||Happy Camping, ||Mom...

Hotel spartano, sicuramente necessitĂ  di un ammodernamento. Camere lo stretto indispensabile. Giusto un letto e un armadio. Tipo ostello della gioventĂš. Tutto rividibile.
