Check in is confusing. I did not receive the online check in link so had to call through wattsapp. They were very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect. However I would not want to stay there over summer due to the bar "Arena" which is located directly opposite. The music is so loud it rattled the glass in the windows. Their website states it is open to 3am. Luckily when I stayed I only experienced the music for a couple of hours. Cleaning staff are lovely. Read moreCame back from Mondello over a month ago and we are still thinking on how lucky we were to find such a place. We booked the best room available more than 6 months prior and the check-in process is very professional, all the information was sent via email in detail and had support on whatsapp.
The location is the best you can go in Mondello - right in front of the beach, with the best bakery over the corner and shops at a walking distance.
The room was clean and had everything we needed - even an umbrella to borrow for the beach.
Linda (i hope i remember correctly) was so helpful finding us a driver for the airport when there was a train strike.
Thanks Riccardo, Linda and the team! We would come back every year...

The greed of those in charge is so staggering that not a single bit of beach is visible. They have ruined a natural resource. This would have been the most beautiful of beaches. But absolutely ruined by fenced in private areas which run the whole length of the beach, apart from a 20m square part for those that don't want to pay €15-20 per lounger. This 20m square is mostly occupied by the pedalo hiring company, so imagine how crowded it is.|I would suggest going to Sardinia which didn't have this greed and understands that beaches are not supposed to be owned. They should be left naturally...
