Best bakery in the Palermo area. All savoury and sweet bakes I tried were excellent, especially the croissants stuffed with ton of marmalade or pistachio cream, long sticks with salt, pepper and rosemary on top, raisin pastries and of course pizza and sfincione. Sono un cliente abituale del Forno La Barbera, e posso solo offrirne opinioni positive. Intanto per l'aspetto fondamentale, ossia la qualità del pane che è ottima. Puoi avere l'assorbimento migliore del mondo ma la valutazione di un forno non può che prescindere da quello. L'assorbimento di prodotti da forno e di dolciumi, a dispetto delle dimensioni del locale, è di tutto rispetto ed è tutto davvero buono e di qualità. Titolari e personale sempre accoglienti, educati e professionali e attenti alle minime norme igieniche che ci si aspetterebbe da chi maneggia il cibo. Accettano senza problemi pagamenti pos.
