Latte Pa (Gelato) — Restaurant in Palermo

Gelato is tasty but the service is far from good. Upon hearing us speaking English, they charged us extra. First they said 8€, then when received, said “no, one more, it was 9€”. Then the waiter put an extra euro in his pocket. Never got a receipt. Clearly they took advantage of us not fully understanding what they were saying, speaking a mixture of Italian and broken English. “Gelsi” is not raspberry, it’s blackberry and one of the best flavors you can get in Sicily. The icecream is good, but the staff is absolutely the most rude one I’ve ever met. My mother was ordering, then one of the staff guy started making fun of her, mimicking her speaking, he was so incredibly rude, we didn’t even end up ordering more. It literally turned us off so badly. Why would you make fun of your customer? If you want to have a good experience, don’t come here. There are more good icecreams...
