Apulia 70 Holidays — Hotel in Polignano a Mare

It’s all about the service, attention to detail and the lovely breakfast spread that my friend and I enjoyed when we stayed for five nights at this bnb. ||First of all, I felt assured with the parking they offered in the building. Going in and out was easy as both Danny and Vito are almost always in the building going about their business. They’re easily contactable through WhatsApp and their response time is quick. They can also remotely control the garage door. Both of them drove my rental car in and out as I wasn’t too sure how to park it. ||The room we had was big and clean, and despite not having windows at eye level, the room was comfortable as there was a long window close to the ceiling that let the fresh air in. ||Location is excellent. It’s only a stones throw away from the sea and Via Roma. Right next door is a grocery. ||Lastly, these two brothers are just lovely and gracious. I don’t speak Italian but Danny, who’s in charge of breakfast, did his best to communicate with us. I love the way he curtsies after giving us our coffee. This B&B style lodging is located right in the city which may pose locating it a challenge IF you are driving or reaching it via train. But the street was quiet and they had a secure garage we used which was lovely. The hosts were VERY HELPFUL but we had to phone them that we had arrived before we could enter the site. But they came right away and even with limited English, they made sure we were settled and comfortable with everything we needed. My luggage handle had been broken in our flight and my husband asked if they had a tool kit or could direct us to a hardware store. They provided both and we were able to fix the luggage. Gostamos muito da experiência, recomendamos e nos hospedaríamos novamente !||● Nos hospedamos no “Quarto Conforte com Banheiro Privado”, a opção mais econômica.||● O quarto e o banheiro são ótimos, muito confortáveis, renovado e espaçosos. ||● Cama grande, Queen Size 1,68 X 198, muito confortável !||● Banheiro grande, espaço do banho / chuveiro enorme, chuveiro e banho deliciosos !||● Tem cozinha completa, com fogão e geladeira e máquina de lavar roupas para o uso gratuito dos hóspedes.||● Não é um hotel, é um apartamento grande onde alugam os quartos com banheiro privados (suítes). E com cozinha compartilhada entre os hóspedes.||● É tudo muito limpo, renovado e tudo muito bem cuidado. ||● O Vito e seu irmão Dani são muito simpáticos, oferecem várias dicas e informações, estão sempre presentes e gerenciam muito bem o Apartamento.||● O Wi-Fi é bom !||● O Quarto está no 1° andar e tem que subir escadas. Não tem elevador !||● O alugam garagem muito próximo ao prédio por € 10 por dia, o que é muito conveniente pois ali é quase impossível estacionar ali na rua.||● A localização é ótima e está muito próximo ao centro é possível ir caminhando.||● Não tem recepção 24 horas.|__||📍É IMPORTANTE SABER ||● É IMPORTANTE observar que check-in tem que ser realizado até no máximo as 21h00 / 9 PM, pois de necessitar realizar o check in depois das 21h00 / 9 PM é cobrado a taxa extra de € 20.||● No quarto tem um janela de vidro que precisa estar atento para fechar bem e completamente a persiana para a claridade não incomodar pela manhã. Mas mesmo assim, tem um círculo de vidro no teto do quarto que incomoda muito ao amanhecer, pois entra muita claridade e incomoda para dormir. Pensaram na decoração mas não pensaram no conforto do hóspede que dorme ali, o vidro redondo no teto é muito desconfortável e desnecessário. |Sem essa bola de vidro no teto o Quarto ficaria espetacular para dormir gostoso. ||● As vezes e eventualmente o barulho dos hóspedes conversando na cozinha ou conversando na movimentação dentro do...
