This was a local-recommended favorite from someone who’s lived in Polignano their whole life. It was the best slice we’ve had, the texture was crispy and brushed with evoo, lots of great toppings to choose from and there was a line out the door of hungry visitors. Highly recommend this focacceria over some of the others closer to the main bay area.

In Puglia si mangia benissimo, e’ un dato di fatto. A Polignano in particolare. Passi di lì e non mangi la focaccia barese?! Sapore autentico, impasto sublime e il crunch saporito, sono il biglietto da visita della storica Focacceria del Corso. A gestione familiare, riesce in pieno a far riscoprire il gusto autentico di una pietanza popolare tipica pugliese. Ne abbiamo assaggiate tante, ma questa rimane senz’altro la migliore di Polignano. Consiglio dei Polignanesi 😉

In estasi. Foccaccia croccante sotto e soffice sopra: appena sfornata e' ultraterrena ma anche dopo ore...non delude affatto! Provata con melanzane, patate, peperoni ed anche quella classica con i pomodorini che si conferma il non plus ultra! Il personale e' gentilissimo ed i costi assolutamente ottimi. Cosa chiedere di piu'? Probabilmente tornarci quanto prima...:)

It was today, when after a visit in Polignano a Mare, i saw the place to the main street were outside the store to buy focaccia. I searched fast on Google and i saw that is 4.7*.
