During my recent visit to Rome, I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Torino. While the hotel's central location was convenient, I must admit that my experience with the room itself left much to be desired. As a Level 4 Google contributor, it is my duty to provide an honest and detailed review to help fellow travelers make informed decisions. First and foremost, I found the room at Hotel Torino to be disappointingly lackluster. The style and décor of the room felt outdated and in need of a much-needed refresh. The furniture appeared worn and tired, and the color scheme seemed stuck in a bygone era. It was a far cry from the modern and sleek designs that many travelers have come to expect from contemporary hotels. Furthermore, the amenities provided in the room were subpar. The television was small and outdated, lacking the crispness and variety of channels that are now standard in most hotels. The bed, while reasonably comfortable, was not of the highest quality. The linens and pillows were also lackluster, failing to provide the level of comfort and luxury that one would hope for during their stay. In terms of cleanliness, the room fell short of my expectations as well. While it was generally tidy, I noticed several areas that were neglected during the cleaning process. Dust had accumulated in corners, and there were signs of wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures. It gave off a sense that attention to detail was lacking, which is disappointing for a hotel aiming to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Despite these drawbacks, I will acknowledge that the staff at Hotel Torino were courteous and helpful. They were prompt in addressing any concerns or inquiries I had during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was indeed convenient, allowing for easy access to many of Rome's popular attractions and transportation options. However, it is essential to consider these positives within the context of the room experience itself. In conclusion, while Hotel Torino in Rome may have some redeeming qualities, I must emphasize that the room itself was underwhelming. The outdated style, lackluster amenities, and cleanliness issues detracted from the overall experience. As a Level 10 Google contributor, I would encourage travelers to explore alternative options in Rome that offer more modern accommodations and a higher level of comfort.

My stay at the Hotel Torino was very good. It boasts an excellent location just steps from Termini. I booked an excellent rate and was looking forward to my stay. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed by the receptionist that completed my check-in and directed me to my room on the fourth floor. My first impressions were positive. The lobby was clean and spacious. It boasted plenty of seating areas. Despite being antiquated, they were comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. It boasted hardwood floors and a spacious bathroom. It also boasted a flat-screen television and an adequately stocked mini-bar. It boasted a comfortable full-size bed. The linens were clean but had a musty smell. During my stay, I spoke with a housekeeper that gladly changed the linens. My favorite part of the Hotel Torino was the rooftop breakfast. There was an abundant selection of food and drink items, with a beautiful view of Rome. The Wi-Fi was acceptable but slow or unavailable in some areas. Overall, the Hotel Torino was a good place to stay during my time in Rome. It was affordable, boasted a convenient location for transit access, and had some luxurious touches. It is, without a doubt, antiquated, but clean and affordable. The elevator was out of order at some points during my stay. I did not mind this but understood how problematic this could be for individuals with reduced mobility.

4* star hotel? I think this is some kind of a joke, we came back today morning, we stayed there from the 16th October so 6 nights total, as soon as we steped into our room the smell of damp hit our nose so bad, our room was cleaned in the way that there was only new towels bought to us and toilet paper! our beds were not changed even once the whole time we were there! The floor was dirty our white sock were always black! Dust everywhere, window broken would go flying open in the middle of the night when there was wind, the toilet didn’t flush on the first time you had to stand there and wait and then flush it again 🤦🏻‍♀️.. i have no words for this dirty hole, would not ever go back there if i knew sooner would change the hotel straight away! The people at the reception are alwas verry arogant, plus no one upon our arival told us about the city tax that we have to pay when we are leaving.. that was €90🤦🏻‍♀️ mold in the shower and little bugs coming from the shower drain .. hotel from a horror movie‼️👎

Usually when I try to stay at some places, my first action is to read the reviews. I was hesitant to stay here after reading all the negative reviews but decided I should be fair and give it a try and boy, was I glad I didn’t let the reviews affect me.

First of all I wanna clarify that those negative reviews expect to pay a 2 star price for a 5 star stay. At the rate Torino is charging, u can find worse hotels. The main reason I choose here was it is extremely close to the Roma Termini which is convenient for me to go to the airport on my departure day.

I booked for 2 nights here and the check in was a breeze, although I have to agree with the naysayers that the receptionist was rude. But I was more concerned with the room rather with the receptionist which I don’t sleep with 😂😂😂.

I was given a room on the 6th floor, a floor below the breakfast hall. The room is clean, toilet sparkling clean, bed were comfy, many channels on the TV and a small fridge with beverages. Only drawback is there’s no kettle.

Carrefour Express and plenty of restaurants nearby. Even a mini market just around the corner.

Wi-Fi and aircond is available and even though the room is facing the main road, there’s hardly any noise disturbances when the windows are closed.

Overall I rate this hotel better than the others that I hv stayed in Italy. I tried extending the stay but they were all fully booked. I strongly recommend this place but of course for the price you are paying, don’t expect a 5...
