It's a totally amazing place, the rooms are clean, very homely and homey. The location is very good, just a short distance from the Vatican City, about 6 minutes walk from the subway station. The owner Robert and his sister run this B&B. They are very nice and enthusiastically introduced the sights and food to us. The small refrigerator and coffee bar in the room are very rich and free, and the coffee made by the espresso machine in the room is very fragrant. I love it here and highly recommend it!

We had an awesome stay here. Rooms were clean (also had toiletries and towels provided) had AC, cleaned every day or as requested and the building had the cutest but functional elevator to carry your luggages up. Roberto was a very pleasant host and the location was perfect. Many food options just downstairs and getting to the station was just a few minutes walk.

We hade a very plesent stay at this newly opened guesthouse. Our host did everything they could to make us feel at home. It is a very nice and safe area of Rome, with local resturants, cafes and very close to St. Peters, and the Metro. ||Very clean, good breakfast and coffe.
