We recently spent a week at Family Hotel Posta and were absolutely delighted with our experience. To be honest, we didn’t expect this level of service, but everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is exceptionally well-organized, from the daily schedule to the restaurant arrangements.

The interior design is modern, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the bedding is very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day on the slopes.

One of the thoughtful touches is the assigned seating in the restaurant for the entire stay. Our daughter quickly got used to her “seat” and felt comfortable dining with the same families around us. The food was excellent—besides a generous starter buffet, there was a three-course meal with a changing menu every day, offering plenty of delicious options.

The staff truly make this place special. They are warm, attentive, and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. They even remembered the children’s names and always made an effort to engage with them, creating a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere.

During our stay, all the other guests were local Italian families. As a non-Italian-speaking family, we never felt left out—on the contrary, we were very well looked after and felt completely at ease.

Dovevamo stare 6 notti ma abbiamo optato per fermarci una ulteriore. Da dove iniziare? Struttura curata, l'ampio giardino ospita i giochi per i bambini e la stupenda piscina riscaldata alla perfezione. Una piccola porzione da cui si accede è coperta, il resto all'aperto ma anche in una giornata fredda e piovosa ce la siamo gustata al caldo. Prima di entrare due ceste di bracciolo già gonfi da usare per chi non nuota ancora. In accesso e dentro la vasca esterna gli idromassaggio. Essendo proprio all'inizio del centro cittadino si può partire per ogni escursione. Disponibile parcheggio scoperto ma anche al chiuso, gratuito ed accessibile con la tessera della stanza. A pochi passi la fermata dell'autobus con biglietto settimanale fornito dall'hotel da timbrare solo al primo viaggio. In fondo alla via la seggiovia a due posti per salire sul Monte Pana. Non lontano si sale sul sentiero del trenino per andare a Ortisei o Selva. Il club per bambini ha programmi giornalieri dalle 10 alla sera. Per conoscerne i programmi bakeca vicino alla reception davanti al maxi schermo in cui si accede touch alla bella applicazione che fornisce ogni informazione sull'hotel tra cui anche il meteo. La stessa app si naviga da sito. Sotto lo schermo tanti volantini sulle attività locali e angolo dei giornali fornito ogni giorno. Dalle 15,30 buffet con dolci e salati oltre a due succhi ed acqua gratuiti. Ogni giorno tanta varietà e variazioni delle portate. La cena un piacere per il palato. Acqua sempre non a pagamento. Per o bambini menù vario e possibilità di scegliere piatti extra subito preparati. I bimbi possono anche mangiare al club che a volte è nella sala adiacente quella da pranzo o nella dépendance dove ha sede il club bambini con ingresso nel giardino ma anche passaggio interno. Il buffet non è enorme ma si trova di tutto e non rovina la possibilità di gustare le tre pietanze giornaliere che si scelgono al mattino. Anche piatti vegani o detox. Personale sempre presente e molto gentile. Una sera a settimana cena a buffet con tipicità locali. Un trionfo di pietanze e possibilità di provarle tutte. L'angolo dei dolci è una meraviglia. Una sera a settimana, per noi è stato il lunedì, aperitivo di benvenuto con finger food e cocktail sia analcolici che alcolici. Le camere sono spaziose, curate e probabilmente da recente restyling. La doccia è perfetta e l'acqua sempre alla temperatura desiderata. Ogni giorno vengono rifatte e rimessi gli asciugamani lasciati in terra. Solo l'accappatoio va conservato o se sostituito con minimo addebito. Anche per i bimbi fornito accappatoio e ciabattine. Il top è il phon classico e non i soliti trabiccoli attaccati al muro. Centro benessere con sauna finlandese e di fieno solo per adulti (di accede con la tessera della stanza). Stanze massaggi con ampia offerta di trattamenti ad ogni prezzo. Anche sauna per famiglie da prenotare per singola camera per 15 Min con bagno turco e sauna finlandese oltre ad ampia area relax. Per i bambini anche sala con biliardino, tavolo da ping-pong, tavolo e mobile con videogiochi assortitissimi e gratuiti. Questo e tanto altro restano nella memoria ed impongono di tornare appena sarà possibile. Se proprio si vuole trovare il pelo nell'uovo si potrebbe consigliare di migliorare la programmazione dell'unico ascensore ed installare in camera un interruttore generale per evitare che soprattutto i bambini lascino le luci o la TV accesa. My family and I (husband, 2 kids aged 6 and 4) stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of January. We had an amazing time. The hotel is so well catered to the needs of children and parents alike. There is childcare (if you need it) from 9:15am through to 10pm every day, at no extra cost (but I'm sure they appreciate tips if you like to tip). There are 4 separate play areas inside and outside the hotel, including a kids club called the Dumbo Club where they arrange all kinds of fun activities and excursions for the kids. My kids really enjoyed it and in particular they were cared for by the lovely staff, namely Carlo, Gaia, Allesia, Rebecca, Eleonora and Pia. ||In addition to the wonderful kids activities, the food and drinks offerings at the hotel were excellent - each night they provide a very varied set menu and we really enjoyed all of the food - the chefs are very talented.
