The property is very new and modern, with a great ambiance. Excellent service from the breakfast ladies and housekeeping! Perfect location for hikes and skiing. ||||We booked through Booking.com, and upon arrival were asked if we wanted the dinner for an extra price. We had looked at the prices on their website and saw that the same price we paid actually includes half board.....but only if you book directly. You can also pay less for a B and B option. This was disappointing as we have a rental unit ourselves through a similar booking site, and understand the commission aspect. This is simply what you pay for advertising your property. Our family have just returned from another amazing week at Chalet Dolomites. The facilities are clean and modern but also stylish with some personal touches from the staff of this family run hotel. The food was exceptional and the sauna and wellness facilities compact but very clean and well designed. We particularly liked the fact that food for our children was largely the same (though smaller portions) as the adults - not simply pizza/chicken with chips etc. The service was excellent with the waitresses in particular going out of their way to ensure our children’s allergies were catered for. It is probably the most value for money stay around the area. We were looking for a clean and modern chalet with a great view of the mountain and hotel chalet dolomites tick all of the boxes. The location couldnt get any better. It is about 5 minutes walk to the centre which is convenient for bike rental or a coffee break. The breakfast was great and the dinner service is amazing.
