We (friends) received an email at 10.30am the day we were to check in informing us of limited hours of opening at reception. Being an international traveller, we had not received this email as wifi had not been available that morning. We arrived early enough, by chance, to checkin. Limited reception hours were not previously advertised.|Check in went well and we paid cash in advance because reception would not be open when we were leaving in two days.|It then went down hill. Room quite bare but clean. Side table only on one side of room. |Fronted Street and exceptionally noisy all hours, inside the building and outside. |Ran out of loo paper. No extras - jug, tea, coffee, cups, glasses.|No wifi for a lot of the time but mostly too poor to use. |Garden “full of smokers” to quote man at checkin.|Hot water went first day during the night and was not repaired before we checked out two days later.|We were offered alternate accommodation but this was not an option for us for legitimate reasons. He gave us a 20 Euro refund on our 170 Euro total fee, which was an insult. We should have been credited at least one day accommodation cost.|Close to tourist attractions and rail. I booked a triple room with 2 beds and they gave me a room with one bed. No apologize from the owner, I had to speak 20 minutes with him but he was always saying: I cannot do anything because reception is closed. We arrived at 9 pm, and when I booked, I asked him if I can arrive late and check in my self, he said: Yes, no problem. Finally I called Booking.com, and it’s only when he received the call from Booking that he accepted to bring the second bed.

D'accordo, la stanza peggiore si dà a chi prenota prima, però...Saldo all'arrivo, meglio cautelarsi, saremmo potuti andare via senza pagare; pagamento tassa di soggiorno in contanti, plausibile. Pareti scrostate, stanza n.100, comodini sono piccoli tavolini, vecchi e rovinati; sedie e testiera del letto spellate; fili volanti a spregio di ogni minima norma di sicurezza; armadio assente; una sola abatjour. Passiamo al bagno, ricavato riducendo la stanza tanto da avere difficoltà a raggiungere una parte del letto; porta difettosa per l'acqua che esce dalla doccia e dal lavabo, così piccolo da non contenere una mano; tovaglietta da bidè assente; copri water con materiale interno a vista, una visita dei NAS avrebbe fatto chiudere la struttura. In tre notti non sono riusciti a togliere le bustine di bagnoschiuma lasciate nella doccia, peraltro nostre perché mai rimpiazzate. Gentile il pensiero del microonde, ma sarebbe bastato mettere il bicchiere nel frigo per scaldarlo, sempre che lo aveste portato da casa, perché in stanza non ci sono. Totale: €103 a notte scontato
