Residence of Citrus — Hotel in Taormina

My family and I stayed in two apartments at this residence and it was fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious and well-maintained; the location was very central in Taormina with a nice balcony.

The best part, however, was the management and especially support from Francesco!!! He went the extra mile to be as helpful as possible! When one of our party had a flight delay, he was able to find her another room and arrange a taxi for her quickly. He also provided suggestions for shops since our baggage was delayed. Vera was very flexible with our early check-in and explained clearly everything we needed to know about our stay. Parking garage is extremely useful considering the streets of Taormina and well worth the additional cost. Apartment was bigger than expected, clean, well equipped, everything worked and very comfortable. Slept well. Ho alloggiato più volte al Residence degli Agrumi, per la precisione in queste ultime quattro estati consecutive, il residence ha una posizione ottima, in centro vicinissima a Corso Umberto e al Teatro Greco, pur essendo in posizione silenziosa, vicino e comodo a molte attvità. Il residence si presenta molto bello da fuori, gli apartamenti non deludono le aspettative, sono comodi e completi di ogni confort. Tutte le persone che compongono lo staff sono gentili, cortesi e sempre disponibili, pronti a rispondere a qualunque richiesta, voglio nominarli per dare loro ii giusto riconoscimento, la prima persona con cui vieni in contatto quando prenoti è la signpra Vera gentilissima, professionale e sempre attiva, quando arrivi ci sono i signori Francesco e Enzo che ti supportano anche durante il soggiorno, la signora Simona si prende cura dell'appatamento che occupi molto bene, ci sono anche le signore Angela e Monica del negozio in Corso Umberto che in caso di necessità sono disponibili, infine il sig.
