One of the main reasons for choosing this facility was the available high-speed WiFi internetconnection (Which I need for my work as a doctor). We had apartment 6 which is located on the busy street (front) side of the building. This results every morning (5:30 AM) in incredible traffic noise, also the promised fast WiFi internet was NOT available in that apartment. Therefore we need to leave our room/apartment to sit in the breakfast area on hard wooden chairs for several hours. Besides that my costs using 5G internet in Italy are calculated between €50-100 for Vodafone roaming costs. When I called the manager to explain my problem, she only spoke Italian and after 20 seconds she hung up the phone and nothing was done about the WiFi for 2 days. I send here several messages by the booking.com message server but no satisfiable respons. I Didn't see anyone in those 2 days. When I spoke to the manager (woman) while checking out (the first time I saw somebody), she immediately said that she would call the police if I did not pay, while I only said that I was not satisfied with the promised internet and that she had done nothing about it. I paid ofcourse for everything except for the breakfasts I didn’t take. In short, the apartments here are run as a pure revenue model and there is absolutely no hospitality/friendliness, also totally absence of any understanding. The room/apartment it self was ok, which means all the basiacs where there, but it is by far more a room than apartment. | I will file a formal complaint with Booking.com. No one was present at check-in, I even helped other guests to check in, they also had not received anything about the check-in procedure. If you come with your own transport (car), you will have to figure out how to solve your parking problem. The city is incredibly traffic busy! and Italians drive differently than other European civilians. |THINK...

Read moreWe spent there on night on our way to Budapest. We find there easily even there was only a small sign in the wall. Check-in with the codes was easy and most convenient way, keys were then waiting us inside in small cute paperbag. The interior of House 5 is decorated with extremely good taste. Modern, still classic. Location is not in the very centre but just within in the few minutes walk. Still there are many restaurants nearby. Right outside the House5 is a nice park which made our small dog very happy. Breakfast was served by Valentina herself and it was plenty. Could have stayed...
