Went there to eat ramen never did because of the waiter with the curly hair. I ordered 2 starters, a chicken bao and one ramen. Everything went well the starters came quickly we ate them and the wait begun. After 30 minutes I ask the waiter what’s going on with the ramen and he looked at me like I didn’t order it and said ok. I didn’t ask anymore questions as I thought he would bring me the ramen. Another 20-30 minutes go by and I ask him about the ramen and I told him I’m waiting now for almost one hour and a half ( people next to our table came later then us and they ate before us). The answer from the waiter was that I was not right because I was there from 21:10 and it was 22:00 so it wasn’t an hour and a half with an bad attitude and arrogance and that was all that he said :)) he didn’t say sorry or that it was crowded or anything as I would’ve understood the situation . I just want to say that never in my life have I experienced such a behavior from a waiter in Italy. After another 20 minutes we had enough so I just asked him to pay and he told me to pay at the register. Of course the ramen was in the bill and I told the girl from there the ramen never came and we didn’t eat it. She asked the waiter about it and he said “ the last one they ordered didn’t came “. I never ordered 2 ramen but even if it was that way none of them came to me. It’s a shame because the place was very nice and the starters and bao were good. Very disappointed. I hope someone sees this review and handles that waiter he was one of the worst waiters I have ever...
Read moreI went to a restaurant and ordered €50 worth of food. Out of the five meals, four were disgusting and one was just decent but overpriced. I ordered the grilled chicken ramen, but when it arrived it smelled strongly of fish. I took one bite, gagged, and almost threw up. In a desperate attempt to salvage the situation, I asked my boyfriend to try it—he immediately gagged as well. We called the waiter and returned the dish.
Later, when we went to check out, we mentioned that the other meals were also bad, though at least edible. They still charged us for everything in full. I specifically asked if I would be charged for the meal I didn’t eat—one I returned after a single bite because it was inedible—and they said yes. The dish cost €13, which is not a small amount, yet they refused to remove it from the bill. Instead, they offered me a coffee at 10 p.m. as “compensation,” which I obviously declined.
The restaurant may look beautiful for pictures, but the food is disgusting. Our stomachs are still hurting, and both the service and policy were awful and inhumane. I am not just a number in a fast-food line—I made a reservation, paid a considerable amount, and all I asked for was €13 off a dish I physically could not eat. Absolutely...
Read moreThey let me inside their shop even if it was not yet 12:00 noon so I got enough time to take pictures and videos inside their shop while waiting to order since the kitchen opens at 12 noon. It was really beautiful inside their restaurant and you will appreciate it more if you like Japanese anime characters and I think that Japanese anime is one of the best theme ideas for a Japanese ramen shop. For my food, I ordered the limited edition ramen and I was surprised when they sprinkled it with edible gold dusts after they set it on my table. The broth was really rich and it was delicious. The noodles was good too, its texture was not like the texture of an instant noodle although I forgot to ask them if their noodle was home made. I also got me a chance again to drink one of my favorite beers which was Sapporo. Serving time needs a little improvement and unlike in Tang Ramen, they do not have any free appetizer samplers while you wait for your order. Their shop also was far from the port so I had to walk for 30 minutes to go to their shop but it was worth it. Thanks for the free Tony Tony...
