Villa Ensoleille — Local services in Fujikawaguchiko

Frankly speaking I am short of words to tell about this property and hospitality of the owners.||This property is Outstanding , fabulous, marvellous, beautiful, comfortable, ideal, perfect and bla bla bla for the family and friends to stay.|We were two families with small kids and was thinking to book one villa where 8 people can adjust just to save money but the owner suggested us to book two villas next to each other in same price we were quoted for one villa. Because in japan most of the tariff are according to people staying in house. So they gave us two villas with lot of space and kids had great fun playing around.||We arrived Kawaguchiko station by bus and Hiroyuki san the host of villa arranged our pick free of cost from station. He came along with his father in two cars and one car went to villa whereas the other took us to super market to buy groceries. We appreciate his father who waited for us in super market as we took about 30 mins. He was very kind, generous and helpful.|The host were available 24 hours and asked us to ping them if we need any help.||Special thanks to Hiroyuki san who took us to city centre for the dinner and then picked up also without charging anything else we might have paid about 8000 yen on taxi.||Location of the villa was so beautiful in a country side area and you can just feel that you are in heaven when you are walking along lake Kawaguchiko and Mt. Fuji is standing next to lake. Oh I cannot explain the view but you can judge from the pictures I have attached. ||In the last I would like to thank Hiroyuki san’s mother a very nice and gentle lady.|She gave souvenir’s to our kids and played around with our kids. She is a gem of a person.||The host and villas are excellent. Many excellent things about the owner/manager and the property:||||1. The owner/manager Hiroyuki-san picked my group up from Kawaguchiko station in a minivan which accommodated 4 of us and all of our luggage.||2. Hiroyuki-san remained contactable up-till the pickup timing through e-mail, which was very helpful because there was no way to contact him through phone (we did not have a Japanese phone number). Our connecting bus was delayed and we had to postpone the pickup timing, which he graciously accommodated.||3. He offered to stop by the supermarket in town for us to buy groceries before heading to the villa - an excellent suggestion as the villa is a residential area without shops around.||4. The villa was spacious and excellently furnished with almost anything you could imagine - Cookware and utensils, basic seasoning and oil, a full fridge, among others. Everything you'd need for a proper getaway. We booked the villa with a view of Mount Fuji from the bathtub. Enjoying the view in the heated jacuzzi tub was a great experience.||The property is a 5 minute walk away from a small strip of park by Lake Kawaguchiko, with an excellent view of Mount Fuji and the Lake together.||5. Hiroyuki-san remained contactable through Whatsapp, and graciously offered to transport us when we discovered that the nearby bicycle rental store was not open.||6. Hiroyuki-san dropped us off at Kawaguchiko station after check-out.||||While the property is in a slightly remote area, the entire town is more or less a calm and chill place where shops close early. Fantastic stay. Thank you to the family that provided a great time for us.||||We arrived on the train as probably most tourists do. We were picked up from the station and our host was there and ready for us. We had a scenic tour to the accommodation and were soon checked in. We were given a very comprehensive tour of our villa although later we realised that our inability to read Japanese meant we could not understand all the controls. ||||The villa had all the amenities you could want and it was great to have more space to ourselves having been staying in hotel rooms for the previous two weeks.||||The next day we wanted to purchase a two-day bus pass. We asked at reception where we can purchase the tickets and they told us we would have to go to the railway station some 45 minutes to an hour walk away. Very nicely they offered to drive us there.||||The evening before we were due to check out I inquired whether we could leave our luggage at reception when we checked out as we didn't intend to take the train until late afternoon. They were very obliging and also offered to take us to the station.||||Throughout the stay our hosts were very friendly and helpful giving us a great stay.
