Nestled in the heart of Hakata, this hotel offers a haven of convenience within easy reach of delectable dining options, vibrant attractions, and transportation hubs.As a first-time visitor to Fukuoka, I was enamored by the city's charm, and this hotel quickly became a highlight of my trip. From tantalizing late-night eats to leisurely shopping strolls and serene photo spots free from tourist throngs, Fukuoka had it all.Upon arrival, it's essential to note that there are two hotels with the same name; the one we selected, situated in Gion, stands just a few blocks from the Hakata outlet. (A friendly reminder: Opt for metered taxis over the airport counters to avoid inflated fares.)Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay. The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare. The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed.Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to "defrost" and clean up before heading up to sleep. Equipped with a smart TV, our room offered the luxury of streaming our favorite YouTube and Netflix content, adding a touch of familiarity to our evenings. Another standout feature was the live updates on onsen availability and laundry room usage—though it's worth noting that the latter incurs a fee, a minor inconvenience amidst an otherwise stellar stay. This hotel exceeded expectations, providing unparalleled comfort and unparalleled convenience. With all essentials at our doorstep, exploration was effortless, leaving us with cherished memories of our...

I had an amazing experience at the Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Hakata Gion Kushida Shrine! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the stylish and modern design of the hotel, which blended seamlessly with the rich cultural surroundings of the Gion district. The hotel’s location is perfect—it's only a short walk from the famous Kushida Shrine and other key attractions, making it easy to explore the heart of Hakata. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities, such as the high-quality toiletries and the cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall positive experience. One of the standout features was the breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious variety of both Japanese and Western options, providing a perfect start to my day of sightseeing.Overall, Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Hakata Gion Kushida Shrine exceeded all my expectations. It’s a fantastic place to stay for anyone visiting Fukuoka, offering excellent value for money, wonderful amenities, and a prime location near some of the city’s best attractions. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again on...

I spent just one night here. The personnel is warm and genuine when you check-in. The fact that it is a room exceeds my expectations. featuring a large refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. It improves the overall experience.

However, during the check-out, everything was ruined. The employee known as "Kang" doesn't smile or act pleasant at first. Considering that it's just 10:00 a.m. I went up to the reception right away and said that I was simply leaving my room key in the room and would like to check out. I handed her my passport when she asked for it. Then, she glanced at me, and I returned the glance before she abruptly requested my room key once more. She immediately displayed an impatient expression when I told her again in plain English that I had left my room key in the room. After a quarter of a minute, she returned from the back office, waved her hand, and declared, "It is done." What a terrible customer service representative—waved her hand at a customer and responded in a way that looked like, "Don't bother me."

Considering that every other member of staff I came across was incredibly friendly. This primarily concerns the service's consistency. However, I'm hesitant to visit this hotel again or suggest it...

We traveled as a family of three and booked two rooms: a Twin Japanese-style room and a Stay Type room with a washing machine. The room sizes were relatively compact, but the space utilization was decent. However, there were several issues with my room during our stay. The ventilation filter had visible dust and hair, and the air conditioning vent seemed to have mold. While using the washer-dryer, the U04 warning to clean the drying filter kept appearing. I cleaned it and found a lot of lint, but even after cleaning, the warning persisted. This suggests that some parts inside were clogged and not properly maintained. The hotel’s location is acceptable, though most hotels are clustered between Hakata and Tenjin, so location differences are generally minor. Noise from upstairs and nearby rooms could be heard, but it wasn’t constant throughout the night, so it was tolerable for me. Overall, the stay was okay, but I would likely choose a different hotel next time.

I recently stayed at Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Hakata Gion and had a fantastic experience. Since the hotel is new, everything was in pristine condition, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The bed duvet was cozy, and the room even had an air purifier, which was a nice touch. I booked a quad room, but I was pleasantly surprised that the beds were spacious enough to accommodate up to six people. Perhaps due to the hotel being new, the prices were reasonable, particularly for a family room. The location is incredibly convenient as well, with Hakata Canal City just across the road. I definitely plan to stay at this hotel again during my next visit to Fukuoka. In summary, my stay at Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Hakata Gion was excellent. The hotel's newness, spacious beds, and convenient location make it a top choice for anyone visiting Fukuoka. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.

Stayed here in December. This hotel was nice and clean. Rooms are a bit small, but nothing that's not expected in Japan. Washer and dryer provided in the room. We got 1 double room which had one double bed, a small little desk sitting spot, a TV, small fridge, sink, washer/dryer,microwave,and kettle to heat up water. We had one small window with a view of a graveyard. Hotel also has public onsen one for men and one for women. There is breakfast but it's a separate charge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You are able to leave your bags with the front desk before and after checkout for free. This hotel is very close to the subway station..one stop away from hakata station. You could also walk to hakata station if you wanted to. Canal city mall is also within walking distance and so is a Don Quijote. All in all this was a very convenient hotel to stay at. Would definitely stay here again.
