Powder Peak Hakuba — Hotel in Hakuba

My boyfriend and I had been traveling around Japan for about a week and had planned to do 2 days of skiing. Our flight booking to Sapporo had been canceled for some reason and we only realised the day prior to when we were supposed to leave. We had to make quick alternative plans and decided to go to Hakuba. After seeing the great reviews about Powder Peaks it was a given this was the place to go, and it was amazing! Greg was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and give us a quick tour around the small village. Our rooms were cosy and clean and you have apple tv(bonus). Greg and Kyomi were kind enough to help arrange ski hire for us(calling people after work hours for us), and gave us great advice on where to ski, what shuttles to take and where to grab dinner. All in all - Wonderful location, simple and lovely breakfast, tea and coffee available all day, lovely cosy rooms, shuttle to the slopes is a short walk away and hosts that go out of their way to make your stay amazing! Second time to Hakuba and was recommended Powder Peak from a friend. We will absolutely not stay anywhere else for our future visits to Hakuba.|Greg and Kiyomi were so accommodating and helped us with absolutely everything no matter the time of day. |They gave us such great tips on food, activities and the mountain and it made our holiday so much easier, cheaper and much more fun than the time before. |The atmosphere in the lodge was so fun, friendly and relaxing. Rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds.|The location is great.
