I was travelling with a group, so I didn't choose it myself.||The location is excellent. It is close to the Peace park, a big shopping mall/area and the stop for the streetcar/tram. The is a supermarket and a bakery close by. ||I stayed in the New Ikawa building. The building has both stairs and an elevator.||The rooms are nice and clean. We had a traditional room with futons. Breakfast finished at 8.00am and if you were not down in the dinning room by 07.30 you would get a call to your room summoning you down to breakfast with just the word "Breakfast". Think there are probably better places to stay...
