HOTEL NOIR — Hotel in Kagoshima

The best thing about this hotel is its location, it’s very convenient for transportation, dining, and shopping in Kagoshima. I stayed for two nights, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The entire hotel, including all floors, had a constant sewer-like odor, and even the toilets in my room smelled bad. I spoke with several other guests who had the same issue, so it wasn’t just my room. The smell made the stay very uncomfortable, and the staff really need to address this problem.

Another downside was the window view; it faced only a black wall, which made the room feel dark and claustrophobic, almost like being in a prison. While the hotel does provide amenities such as ice, water, and an iced coffee machine, the coffee service ends quite early (around 7 p.m., if I recall correctly). I love this hotel. It’s new, clean. The room is not big but enough for having 1 big luggage opened. Although the room isn’t big , but 2 small double bed are put in the room. The location is spectacular. 1min walk to 5+ restaurants. 2mins walk to Donki, Lawson. 3mins walk to a public car park. 4mins walk to the major train station. To be fair , with this price, what else can you request? Btw at the moment unless you request, no room cleaning will be done when you are away. Hotel is in great location, really close to the metro so you can get to down town easily. There are also restaurants and cafes right out side the street.

They lend me an unmbrella when it raind and was very helpfull and generus.

The room quality is 10/10, and really liked it. For the price, location and quallity of room, this hotel is totally recommanded!
