会社の先輩に勧められて行きました。前評判通り、料理は美味しかったです。 但し、2点問題があります。 一点は、人気店なので料理がなかなか出てきません。タイミング悪く到着後、ぞろぞろとお客さんが来店し、最初の料理まで軽く40分は待たされました。子供の為に頼んだ、おにぎりと貝汁すら届かず、30分待ってそれだけ先にと催促して、この有様。料理はご主人1人、女将さんと女性の店員さんだけなので、全く回っていない感満載でした。 コロナの影響で、多分人も無闇に増やせないのはわかります。 もう一点は、女将さんの勘定が適当すぎる事です。スナックみたく最後に金額だけ書いた紙を渡されます。今回ホットペッパーのクーポンでお任せ料理一品サービスをお願いしましたが、結局出てきませんでした。あと亀の手なる貝も。会計時に金額を提示され、亀の手が出てこなかったこと、クーポンのサービスがなかったので、代わりに生ビールのサービスに変えてくれというと、既に生ビールのサービスに切り替えており、亀の手は注文に入っていなかったとのこと。 結婚記念日で妻と子供もいたので、追求はしませんでしたが、買ってに頼んだクーポンを違うクーポンに変えることも、おかしいという認識はないことが理解できないし、先に説明があれば納得するものの、こちらから言ってこういう適当な説明されると、とても信用できません。 ぼったくりのお店ではないと思いますが、いそがしいとかめんどくさいからといって、こういう接客のお店には二度といきません。 料理は本当に美味しいので、注文した物が届いているかなど、きちんと把握しておかないと、丼勘定で請求されます。 基本、料理の値段は高めです。
