I would say I am incredibly experienced with ramen, having had multiple different ramen in 16 different Japanese cities around Japan, I never thought Kagoshima could match up to Fukuoka.

I was wrong.

I had a lovely time here. I attempted to open the door and couldn't which was absolutely hilarious, a customer helped me and myself and the customer burst out laughing over this, because I somehow couldn't open a simple door. The waitresses and chef were very welcoming and polite.

The pork... The pork was the best I've ever had in Japan. It melted in my mouth, the ramen was PERFECT. The broth rich and delicious.

The music was amazing too!!!!!!!

I've told all my friends to come here in the future! Thank you! I can't wait to...

Absolutely loved the ramen at this quaint little spot! Despite its small size and limited menu of just four types of ramen, the flavors pack a punch. I went for the miso ramen and it hit all the right notes – savory, heartwarming, and just what I needed.

The ambiance of the shop was a highlight too. Unlike some of the more intense ramen joints where you feel the pressure to slurp and run, this place had a laid-back vibe. It was adorned with charming little touches that clearly reflected the owner's personality, making it feel welcoming and unique.

鹿児島に初上陸し、初のお昼に何を食べようか、悩んだ結果、ラーメンをチョイス。 早速、ラーメン屋さんを検索、九州は豚骨が有名なので、あえて豚骨は外して、検索してたところ、牛もつラーメンなるものを発見。歩いて7分程度で、到着できる事もあり、ここにしました。11:00を回った位の時間で、開店時間が11:30〜だったので、ゆっくりと他を見ながら到着。なんと、もう、営業していて11:00〜の変更になったようでした。 座席は、2名座席が2つ、カウンターの1人掛けが4人分の小さいお店です。 既に2名座席は、両方とも埋まり、カウンターに2名分の空きがありました。出張と旅行で訪れていた為、キャリーケースを持っている状態でしたが、快く対応され、カウンターに着席できました。2名で対応。 早速、和牛もつラーメンを注文し、チャーシューと味玉をトッピング。 麺の量も無料で選べるようですが、普通盛りにし、細麺と中細麺のどちらかを選ぶシステムのようで、中細麺をチョイスしました。 着席してから、10分強くらいで提供されました。 （そこそこ時間が掛かってるようにも思えた） 白髪葱、薬味の葱、牛もつ4つ、メンマ、味玉が乗っています。 スープは透き通っているスープで、スッキリさっぱりしているのにコクが出ているスープです。 麺は中細麺をチョイスしたのにそれでも細麺に感じます。 牛もつが非常に美味しく、トッピングに牛もつ増しが、ある意味が分かりました。 これは、追加したくなる。 ラーメンを食べていて、牛もつを食べた瞬間から、口の中が、焼き肉屋さんになります。 チャーシューも1枚のみで、脂部分が少なく、柔らかく美味しく何枚も乗っていると飽きてしまう為、これが良いと思います。 スープも全部飲み干して、ごちそう様でした。 次にいつ来れるか分かりません...
