Kei & Ritsuko are the most welcoming and helpful hosts you will meet. They went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. We had to extend our stay due to our return flights being cancelled and they have felt like our family away from home.

They have an excellent knowledge of Kyoto. The accommodation is spotless clean, has all your homely needs and essentials plus a beautiful view of the Kamogawa river which is right in front of you. The rooms and bathrooms are big compared to usual accomodation in Japan which is a nice little luxury.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to central Kyoto or a shorter bus ride. The bus stop is also right in front of you. It is delightful to have a relaxing bath after a long day of exploring the gorgeous city...

Kei and Ritsuko are great host and very hospitable, we are grateful with help for logistics of our delayed luggage. The guesthouse was recently acquired and renovated with new set of well designed furniture. The guesthouse is located off the main road and is near to Fushimi Inari Station and Shrine. The rooms are huge and spacious. We really enjoyed the stay and it really felt very much like home, with close access to the wonderful sights of Kyoto, Nara and Osaka. Literally dust free, this is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in outside my house. This is a modern, high ceiling living place with breathtaking view of the Duck River and direct bus to Kyoto station (4 stops).

Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and convenient stores.

Host is warm, friendly and very helpful.
