Good location on Naoshima Island, great garden and good views. The rooms are very average, the second star for the good view. The hype around Naoshima seems to have gone to the hotel management's head. Definitely no four star service at the front desk. You feel as if you are being processed in a municipal registration office. No servicing the client no helping to solve problems. Go to any of the hotels close to this one and come and use the beautiful garden of Benesse...
