Like many of the other reviews of this hotel, I agree that the only good thing about it is the location. The rooms are extremely small and can barely fit two people. The shower was a little dirty, and is very inaccessible for people with limited mobility. The bed was decent, but there was quite a bit of noise from demolition work going on right next door. The staff were nice, but there were a couple of times where the front desk wasn't manned. The positive: it is right near two entrances to Namba station, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. And if you are taking a train to the airport, it is a little bit of a walk through Namba station to get to Nankai station, but definitely worth it since you get to see all the shops along the way. This place is a major disappointment. The only redeeming quality is the location, but everything else falls completely flat. The rooms are TINY — not “cozy” or “efficient,” just claustrophobic. You can barely move around with two people inside, let alone open a suitcase comfortably.
The bathroom was a joke. The shower was visibly dirty, and clearly not cleaned with care. Plus, it’s completely unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues — no accessibility features, slippery surfaces, and cramped beyond belief.
Honestly, this felt more like a budget capsule hotel with a fancy address. If you’re coming for the location near Namba Station, sure — but otherwise, don’t expect comfort, quiet, or quality. We will not be...
Read moreLocation is good, Namba station exit 28 is just right outside the hotel door (but note that Namba station is huge, so it depends which line you're coming from, you may need to walk around the station for long before reaching exit 28). But hotel feels quite like a budget hotel with very basic cheap amenities. I especially dislike the fact that the hotel only accepts luggage deposit till 6pm on check out day. We wanted to deposit our luggage there till 8pm (only 2 hours more than the "free" period) but the receptionist told us it will be chargeable, quoting us a "good deal" of ¥2,000 for 2 large size luggages + 1 duffer bag. Luggage storage lockers at Namba metro station is only ¥800 per locker per day, thus making them cheaper than the hotel's...
