Possibly my favorite grocery store EVER??? Bakery, Sashimi, HUGE Deli Section, Snacks, Fresh Produce, and a Mister Donut! Everything is high quality and foreigners can get tax free options.

The sashimi and baked goods were my personal favorites. The tuna belly and salmon were fresh - and much cheaper than other alternatives we saw in Osaka. From the bakery, the keema curry and anpan were incredible. Still hot, like it just came from the oven.

Hidden on the basement level of the "Hotel Monterey" building. This is a high traffic area for those in Namba. I happened to be staying at a hotel walking distance and came here MULTIPLE TIMES...

Hubby was impressed by their service though he went in the last 15mins before closing. Not a person whom compliments readily, he was telling me how professional the staff are even though he’s grabbing some last minute supper for us before it closes at midnight.

Though the food is not fantastic, most of them were yummy enough after some microwave at our hotel. Amazing deals off the original price made it satisfying for our greedy stomachs.

Is a person who speaks a little Japanese I did find the service somewhere lacking of the eventually when I got someone to help me they tried their best. The shop is great for people who are looking for organic and clean products. They have makeup, food, and a great selection of breads and pastries. I highly recommend coming to the shop. It is in a very good location in the umeda station, and although it's a walk from the main trains it was not hard to find. Umeda is not a convenient place for me to go, but thankfully there are other be around locations which I'm excited to check...
