This was the 1st hotel of our 2 week family trip to Japan, and with no doubts, the BEST!! Location, amenities, service, staff, facilities - it's all fantastic!! Location - simply amazing. It's a 2 minute walk to Dontobori, but far enough that the rooms are peaceful. You have multiple train stops, 7-11's and family marts within a 5 minute walk. **If you need a station with escalators/elevators, you will have to get off at the JR Namba stop and cross the street. The ability to walk to all of the action was outstanding, and only a short ride away from anything else that you wanted to see. Room - excellent. It's huge for a Japanese hotel room, with a king bed (obviously depending on room), a small couch and table, massage chair, giant TV with casting (huge plus!!), fridge, water, excellent shower and independent cooling and heating. Staff - every single employee that we encountered were kind, helpful and quite simply, fantastic!! I wish I would have written down the gentlemen's name that helped us most, but I believe he was some kind of manager. He was always there in the evenings and early morning, tall and slender. He was superb!! Amenities - the room was provided with any and everything that we needed, and the lobby had extras of it all. We took advantage of the pillow bar, but you have to get there early to get a good one. The 24 hour beverage and snack service was AMAZING!! Liquors, beers, sodas, coffee, cocoa and light snacks were available whenever the mood struck, and we definitely took advantage, especially the liquor!! Haha Simple ramen was available from 7-12 every night, meat buns and popcorn 24/7, and a lovely, but simple breakfast every morning until 11. The coffee was excellent. Our only gripe about this hotel was that it set the bar too high for every other hotel we stayed at after this!! If we could pack up K6 and bring it to every location that we visited, we would have!! This isn't a 4 star hotel, so if that's what you're looking for, keep going. What this is is a smaller hotel with excellent service, comfy rooms and more amenities than you could hope for, at a reasonable price. We will 100% stay here next time we're in Osaka. For reference, we were a group of seniors, adults...
Read moreI recently stayed at Hotel K06 Osaka Namba with my wife for four nights, and I can confidently say it offers exceptional value for money.
The location is truly unbeatable—situated right at the end of 道頓掘 and just a short, peaceful walk to 心齋橋. Despite being so close to these lively areas, the hotel manages to provide a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. What’s more, the metro and JR lines are only 5 to 10 minutes away on foot, depending on your route, making travel around Osaka incredibly convenient.
We booked a king-sized bedroom, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it felt compared to my previous stays in business hotels around Tokyo and Osaka. The roomy layout gave us plenty of space to move around and relax, which made a big difference to our comfort during the stay.
The hotel’s attention to detail in amenities really stands out. They offer a wide range of shampoo and conditioner brands, along with different textures of bath towels, catering thoughtfully to various preferences. The drink machine is a wonderful touch, featuring soft drinks, coffee, corn soup, and even iced sake, which made relaxing in our room even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel provides numerous amenity cards that allow you to request handy items like a foot massage machine, a luggage weighing scale, and more without any hassle—something I found both convenient and refreshing.
On top of that, the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s family-friendly vibe also caught my attention—if traveling with kids, this place is an excellent choice thanks to the spacious rooms and thoughtful facilities.
All in all, Hotel K06 Osaka Namba exceeded my expectations in every way and delivered great value without compromising comfort or convenience. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, whether traveling as a couple, with family, or even solo. It’s a place I look forward to returning to on...
Read moreBlown away by this hotel. We stayed in the king standard room, in it there's not 1 but 2 massage chairs! Big bathroom, automated bidet that also opens and close by itself. Bath tub comes with a simple jacuzzi function. If we have to picky, the room is lack of floor to put 2x28 inch luggage, and there's steps in the room, might not be too good for elderly but we really loved it. For housekeeping, they don't make bed for u but they clear your rubbish and replenish your amenities! Their amenities bar is really quite a spread. There's a wide selection of different types of bath salts, they even have contact lens casing with solution! We tried their free 1hr karaoke session, and while the songs are not original titles but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Selections were pretty updated, system sound alright. They have free breakfast, simple Japanese veg curry and ochazuke with rice till 11am, popcorn, meat buns, and free ramen from 7pm-midnite. Free drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic inclusive, 24hrs even after u checkout! Whether u use all these is up to you, but it definitely adds more value to what you are paying. Just the location and it's size is worth it. Staff is English speaking and always accomodating....
