What a shameful experience this was. We were at the line after end of the day at USJ, we were the third group in line and able to see all people going in and out. Even though 5 different groups paid and left they only took 1 group in. After 6 more groups paid and left and we were able to get inside and sit. Staff was laughing at people waiting in line at cold. We ordered 2 beef udons, fried chicken and cola. It was amazing that even cola tasted bad. Udon itself was good but beef in the udon was so bad it affected the broth and broth affected udon and udon become really bad in taste and we couldn't finish. Beef was really really bad, 4 days ago I had to puke a beef in another restaurant and this beef was 10x worse than that. All staff is waiting near the door (6-7 people) watching customers and talking about them, this was an incredibly disturbing experience as you know staff is watching and talking about you. They assumed we don't know Japanese and kept talking about how we didn't finish our food by laughing while we leave. At last, check should be 3100 yen but last price was 3500 yen so they probably added that non-hot hot tea too. Overall it was a...

The meal was not only underwhelmingly in flavor but also unreasonably overpriced for what was served. I got the chicken and pork cutlet over rice combo set. The chicken was overwhelmingly salty, while the pork cutlet suffered from a soggy texture and lack of seasoning. The soba noodles were equally uninspiring, offering virtually no flavor to redeem the dish. In a country renowned for culinary excellence, this meal fell far below...

We never got attended. The waitress ignored us straight. Turning away her head with rolling eyes every time we tried to contact her. After she attended 3 other tables first, we decided to leave the place.
It’s not the first time we are in japan and this type of behavior is a SHAME for the whole nation. This kind of people shouldn’t be working in a japanese place like that, as they do not understand the cultural...
